24 Hours before War broke Out

I was on my way to work driving down the M1 towards Sheffield, when the BBC news at  9am came on the reports said "Breaking News, reports just that Germany has just declared war on Russian and people are advised to stay indoor and listen out for more news to come later" I thought for a moment that can't be true. Why would Germany start a war, knowing that Russian have the capability to start a Nuchal war and could kill thousands of people in the progress!

I walked into the office thinking about what I just heard and the boss come's up to me and says "What are you doing David? Didn't you hear the news people should stay inside go home to your family, where it is safe.
