Hi dear readers~!
Sachi here~! This is the first time I will be posting my story. I didn’t want to post it at first but I figured: “How will I improve if people won’t read my stories?” so I posted it here. I will accept any comment to help further and improve my skills. Thank you all very much for taking your time to read what I worked hard on (I really rattled my brain for the right words XD). Please like if you guys like it~!!! ^-^ <3
Oh! Btw, In some parts of the chapters, i’ll be putting (a/n: ) meaning: author’s note for any information that you guys may need. Thanks~!!!!

Chapter 1- Just a winter day
It’s a beautiful winter day; people are probably inside their houses or coffee shops having hot cocoa, coffee or tea. I’m doing the same thing except I’m inside my car drinking cocoa with numerous shopping bags.
“Sigh.... there’s not much to do here anymore” I sighed, blowing my cocoa.
I watched the snow fall on my windshield. When they land on the glass, they remind me of fluffy rabbits. And with that, I placed my cup in the cup holder and drove off to my parents’ house. It may be a weekend but I still have to study. As I opened the front door, I was welcomed with a sweet scent of freshly baked cookies. I guess my mom was busy while I was gone.
“Honey? You there?” she called out from the sweet scented kitchen.
“Yeah mom~!” I called back, putting down the shopping bags that I had a hard time carrying. “I got you the baking tools you asked for”
My mom is really pretty and as kind-hearted as an angel, I guess that’s why my dad married her. She’s not too tall, not too short, she has beautiful brown hair, cut up to her shoulders, her eyes are of a beautiful shade of brown that would shine as bright as the stars when she’s very excited and happy (which she is all the time). She looks very young even for her age, maybe it’s because of her positive personality.

As I walked in, my mom was just getting the cookies out of the oven.
“Here mom” I said, putting the well-wrapped utensils and other things on the counter.
“Thank you honey, have a cookie” she said handing me one of the newly-baked treat which is placed on a plate.
“Thanks mom” I smiled, taking the cookie. “I also bought you something else”
“Which is?” she asked removing her oven mitts.
I ran back to where I placed my newly-bought things and came back with a pink box with pink crepe paper in it.
“Here, one of my Christmas gifts for you” I said with a big grin on my face while holding the box out to her.
She took the box, placed it on the counter and opened it. Her face showed mixed emotions such as happiness and surprise.
“Thank you honey!” she said hugging me.
I gave her the shoes she was always looking at through the glass windows. They’re just simple pink high heels with a buckle on it embedded with diamonds.
Oops~! I forgot to introduce myself. My name’s Lucy Chase. I’m the only child in the family. I’m also a high school junior. I have my own car, a sports car in fact (which I spent a lifetime to save for). My family’s rich but we live like normal people. We may have a mansion but you will feel like you’re in a normal home once you’re inside.
I got in my room, which is of blue walls and a big bed with curtains around it. I placed my new things in my walk-in closet, flopped on my bed and opened my laptop. As soon as I signed in, my friends suddenly started chatting which is pretty normal.
“OMG Lucy~!! Finally!!!” my friend May typed in.
“Sorry for the wait” I replied.
“It’s ok! But.... you have to help me!” she said.
“Ok... with what?” I asked.
“There’s these shoes that I want but I only have money for one pair and my dad said that I’ll just get the other one in Christmas. What should I do?”
“Hm... what if you buy the one you think you can use more often?”
“Well... the other one can be used for school too.... ok I’ve made my choice! Thanks Lucy~!!!”
“No problem”
And with that, I went to YouTube and watched a few videos and went to sleep
