The figure turned it's head to the left, looking at the girl. "Well? No questions?"
The girl stared back at him, recognizing the features and identifying the person as a man. "None." She answered, defiant to her conscience screaming at her to have common sense and not answer.
The man looked surprised at her answer, probably wondering why she didn't hammer her with questions. This was the cliche of these typical situations; a person gets kidnapped by an older figure and begins asking millions of questions, only to have none answered in the end. You see, the girl thought her answer through when he asked. She knew she wouldn't have answers, so why bother asking? Maybe it was one of those situations where she gets the answers by asking no questions. And those situations only happen to the lucky ones.
