Five years ago Melody Blue was killed in front of her friends Scott, Stiles, Lydia and Allison but they have no memory of it. The thing is, no one ever stays dead in Beacon hills and Melody is back.
Ever since Professor Cane attacked me in the library I've become 'that girl' again. The one attacked in school, the one who almost lost her head. Sick of being everyones victim.
Melody keeps apologizing for not being there and Scott is angry I didn't tell him something was going on. But truthfully, I had no idea something was up with Professor Cane..if that's even his name.
One of the students that was in the library called the cops and when they came he wouldn't drop his ax..so they shot him. Now I'm that girl.
SCOTT'S P.O.V
It's been a crappy start to college for us. I thought leaving Beacon Hills would solve this fight or flight issue we keep having. Sick of hearing this destiny crap. I just want to be normal, live a normal life. Well.. as normal as a werewolf can be.

"Scott, yea hi." I smile
"I'm her roommate Sawyer. Have you seen her today?"
"No, no I haven't. Uhm her boyfriend is visiting so she's probably with him."
"Oh I see." She smiles, it's cute. "I thought you were her boyfriend."
"Just a friend."
"Noted. Thank you. I'll see you around." She turns to leave
"How about we grab some coffee."
She looks back, "I'd like that."
MELODY'S P.O.V
"I can't just...project...people when I want to." Lydia whispers.
"So what are you going to do?"
"I need to get back to training. Parish taught me to fight a little, I need to get back to that."
Maybe I can help her kill two birds with one stone.
"Grant." I smile at him "Weren't you boxing last night?"
