I woke up in the clothes I had worn the previous day. I went and showered, I blow dried my hair leaving it in it's natural waves and tugged on my bell bottom jeans, old converses, and a big Hard Rock Cafè t-shirt. Since I had no car, so I walked my new towns streets. I went into a small coffee shop, a little bell chiming as the door swung open.

"One sec, I'm stuck to the floor again!" a teenage girls voice yelled out somewhere in the back.

A average hight skinny girl with lightly waved blonde hair bounced to the front bar, "High my name is Camili, how can I help you? And sorry for a moment ago it actually happens more often than you'd think..." she trailed off. "Anyways what can I get you?"

I looked at her amused, "Uh...do you have any job openings..?" I chuckled lightly.

She pouted slightly, "Not that I know of, try the library. The librarian is my mother, tell her I sent you." She smiled happily. The door bell chimed as someone walked in. "Miss, would it be alright if I put this in your window?" A deep familiar voice asked.

I composed my stiffened posture and tried to relax, I didn't want him to catch me. To early in the game for that. Camili's loud voice brought me out of my thoughts, "Sure, I'm sure granny wouldn't mind." She took the paper and read it over. "Who's the 'Love Assassins'?" she asked.

James chuckled lightly ," They're a group of assassins. Their leader is a wanted person with a heavy price on their heads. Any information you get on them is to be brought straight to the number at the bottom flyer." She looked at the paper with admiration ," Wow." was all she said. She placed it in the front window while yelling to James, "Bye! Come again!"

I asked her where her grandmothers library was and she wrote down the directions as well as her phone number on my arm, claiming I needed to be a girlier girl and she was gonna help me with it.

I followed the directions on my arm and walked to the llibrary. No bells jingled and not a soul was in sight. But the smell of old books wrapped around me like a long forgotten memory. I smiled and went to the checkout desk and rang the little bell twice.

A woman around her mid forties with a graying blonde bob hair cut came from behind a book shelf, "Yes Miss can I help you?" She asked sweetly. "Are you Camili's mother?" She nodded. "She sent me here because I need a job. Can you help me?"

"Of course sweetheart," she pointed to several carts filled and over flowing with books,"Put those books on the shelves and help anyone who comes in, I have a few errands to run if you don't mind and if my daughter trust you then so do I."

I was shocked that her mother trust her opinion so much. "Yes ma'am, thank you so much." She waved her hand, " Don't worry about it I needed the extra help anyways."

I nodded and watched her as she scurried about putting random books in random places then she came back to me and took my hand and pulled me up an older looking staircase and back to a white painted peeling door,"Here is where you'll be staying, for now anyways. Since you don't have an apartment yet." I was shocked,"You're willing to give me a place to stay as well? You're so kind, how can I repay you?" She shook her head, "It's no problem at all this is an unused room, no reason to let it go to waste." She looked at her watch, "I have to finish my errands before it gets to late. " She handed me a set of keys. "If I'm not back by 9 then go ahead and lock up, will you? " I nodded,  "Of course no problem. " She smiled warmly then went downstairs, the door closed quietly as she left. Till nine, I looked at the clock, that gave me around four hours to put books away, help people, and wait.

I went back downstairs and grabbed a cart filled with older looking books and started to make my way around the shelves putting the books in their places.

Around six the door opened, I was about halfway through my second of five carts of books to be put away.

I abandoned my cart and went to the front desk and smirked when I saw who it was. Bailey was back, and together we were unstoppable.
