It was pretty weird that Amaan found an amulet in his parents room and nothing in my parents room (Then again I didn't check under their blankets) so I run up the stairs and into my parents room, I throw the blanket so wildly that (for some strange reason the window is open) it was thrown out of the window where it landed on the garbage can just outside the front lawn.

The garbage truck just comes out of nowhere and throws the blankets in the garbage truck.

I ignored it.

Then I turned to look at the bed to see a sword and shield with en scripted words I couldn't understand.

I grab the sword and shield and walk out of the room to see a dark figure coming at me.

I screamed like a little girl and threw the sword and shield at it.

The dark figure then disappeared out of nowhere.

I pick up the shield and sword.

Right at that second I was lucky to bend my knee's cause ten flaming arrows fly past where my head had been.

I run down the stairs to see Amaan sitting on the couch starring at the amulet.

I go up to him to show him the sword and shield I found in my parents room and he finally looks at me he asks me what did those en scripted words mean.

I was about to tell him but after that he blacked out.

When he woke up he told me about two babies playing together and then he heard screaming and a figure took one of the babies and escaped through the window.

I was shocked cause that was what I saw when I blacked out.

I told Amaan that I saw something like that when I blacked out. He stood up and said " what'cha talking about Andrew".

I told him something was going on so I decided I needed to find my parents but Amaan wanted to come.

But I told him no.

He complained and said "my parents have also disappeared out of nowhere too!". "I want to help you. Also I want to see the world".

I let him join me cause I would also need help.

We looked at the amulet and when I looked at it I didn't faint and so did Amaan, when he looked at both the sword and shield.

We grabbed some food, water, matches, clothes, the sword and shield in my parents room, and the amulet that Amaan had.

I also saw Amaan stuff  a box of doughnuts in his bag for some reason.

I asked him why he put the doughnuts in his bag, he said I would get hungry plus it was just in case.

I made a weird face at him so he stood up and put his finger on my hand and moved it around while saying shhhhhh it's OK Bob (which made no sense since my name was Andrew not Bob). We were prepared in an hour so we headed out the door.

That was when I realized that we didn't  know where to to go ( so we called map to tell us where to go just kidding) so I asked Amaan where are we suppose to go.

but he had no clue where are parents were.

But right at that second the sword ,shield and the amulet that were in me and Amaan's hand flew out and were lined up.

The sword was at the left , the shield on the right, and the amulet in the middle.

Then the amulet shone a light just up of the amulet there were words on the light. A deep voice said to find your true parents you must first go to through Gloomy Forest you will find it five miles due west and 1 mile due north then I will tell you your next part. 

I was confused with what the voice said cause it said to find you true parents but Amaan seemed like he didn't notice so I said nothing.

The sword shield and amulet fell to the ground and made a loud clang sound.

I also wondered why there was no one outside even though it was already afternoon then I saw a kid that looked our age watching us.

I told Amaan to get his bike so he ran into his garage while I did the same.

we met back in the middle after a few minutes.

I told Amaan we needed to go find my parents and your parents. So we headed of on our first amazing and dangerous adventure.
