Zendaya's Pov.
Me and Kc are at a cafe in New York which we go to everyday for breakfast. I tell Kc that I can cook ,but like always she denies it and we end up spending money. I remember when mom used to cook for me and my sister. But now I never see her, I miss her so much. I ask Kc where mom is and she ignores me or acts like she can't hear me. "Sis are you daydreaming again" Kc says "What no I'm just thinking" "Thinking about what" Kc asks "Why mom isn't here with us" I say back to her. Like always she changes the
subject which makes me mad, " Hey does your coffee taste okay because mine tastes weird" Kc says. "Kc I was just talking about mom and like always you have to change the subject! Can't we just talk about mom for just one minute!" I say at Kc trying not to scream. She just looks at me and says nothing. I am staring at her and ask her "What happened to mom." She gulps and says "uuuhhh, I forgot" she says quickly. "I don't think you haven't because it seems like when ever I come up with this subject you tense up like your hiding something." I say glaring at her. "What?! No I'm not hiding anything" she says and starts laughing nervously. "Well if your not going to tell me then I'm going to have to find out myself" I say and get up out of my seat and walk out of the cafe. When I pass by her seat in front of the window I make a goodbye motion with me hand and leave.
