my mom screamed down the hall way
"Alright jeez"
I replied in a pissed off tone.
It was 7:30 in the morning and yes, I was raving to Drake, it got my all hyped up for first day back, even though I looked like a caveman. My Eyes all puffy, chapped lips and I probably smell like shit, I kinda wanted to look good for the first day so I chucked on a oversized white tee with a distressed denim jacket and black ripped skinny jeans with of course my white superstars because I'm basic.

I wasn't particularly looking forward to the bitchy people, the horrible teachers and school in general I was looking forward to seeing chloe.

Chloe has been my friend since I can remember, she has always been the one to flirt with boys and get along with them where as me on the other hand I'm an awkward potato, At the moment she has a boyfriend which was good for her because she's fucked the whole school and normally can't keep a relationship but this one seems legit so I'm happier for her, Im not really fussed about having a boyfriend because I just wanted to get good grades and do well in life, but Chloe always gets invited to parties and shit so I always am the tag along, Chloe always says just fuck someone and it will make me happier, But I wanted a proper relationship where we care about each other and can love each other.

I walked to the car, slowly to annoy my brother. It was his first day at my school and to be honest he was so scared and it was funny. Once I was in the car my mom turned to me and said

"Ruby remember Keep your grades up and me and your dad will be happy,understood?"
"Yes,whatever" saying the last part under my breath and giving her a fake smile.
Finally when we got to school I was relieved because the car journey felt like the longest time of my life I jumped out looking around to find Chloe because she said she would meet me,But I couldn't see her, she was probably fucking her boyfriend max in the toilets again, so I texted her

Me: yo bitch, where you at?? Come meet me at the front gate for shitty science.
It took Chloe ages to reply so I was standing like a loner watching everyone go into science including all of the fuckboys, after everyone went in I was standing against the door still waiting for Chloe once she finally came we both looked each other for a split second and quietly screamed

"Omg bitch I've missed you so much, how's max?"
"Yeah he's good, I've missed you too !!Have you heard that Grayson and apparently Ethan are single again??"
"No but I'm sure Grayson can find a fuck buddy soon enough, did Ethan break up with Emily?"
"Yeah he did, she cheated on him loads" Chloe replied
"What a slut hahaha"
"Oh shit Ruby look behind" Chloe said in a nervous high pitched voice, it was the twins, I felt my face suddenly go red I was so embarrassed, what if they heard, oh fuck. Once it become real that I just slagged them off and they were right behind me I look to my right to she Chloe already chatting up Ethan as she always does, they have always had a thing even if there i in relationships or not, Grayson was kinda like joining in and nodding with them but I was standing there kind of awkwardly, Grayson's head suddenly turned to Ethan and he said
"Bro c'mon I wanna get a good seat"
Ethan responded
"Oh okay bro now coming"
I quickly said before they started walking away
"we have a seating plan and Grayson you are behind me"
Ethan murmured "unlucky gray"
And I just ethan a bitchy and funny look but gray looked at me and winked and said while walking to class
"At Least I get to look at that sweet little ass for an hour"
"Whatever" I replied he was such a fuck boy and I hated him. Chloe looked at me and said
"Get in there Ruby" she was laughing so much and I kind of started laughing while walking into class.

We were half an hour into science and I was so fucking bored I was trying to listen but all I could hear was Grayson behind me saying stuff like
"I wanna grab that ass" and
"Damn Ruby, I would"
It was so annoying but I kind of liked that he knew who I was and that he thought I was attractive but then again all he wants it to fuck girls, I'm nothing special.
The last 15 minutes of science I put my headphones in and listened to drake, I was listening to energy and miming the words then Ethan who was a couple of rows in front turned around to look at the time and looked at me without me realising and started bursting out laughing I looked up and it was so embarrassing I just put my hands on my face and looked down while laughing then looked up and smiled and he did as well.

I get along well with Ethan and we have always been quite close but never really went there but I would get with Ethan it's weird because he was nothing like his brother instead he would care for girls and respect them, he's seemed more like boyfriend material compared to his brother.

The rest of the day went on and me and Chloe were now walking to last period, we were just catching up on everything
And everyone and it was so nice to be with my best friend again.

Once we got to English we walked in we saw a new seating plan as every term we normally get a new one, so it wasn't unusual, i asked Mr.Tudge where I was sitting and he pointed to the back so I went and sat down, Chloe was in front me and it made me so happy because we could talk all English lesson.

I was wondering who I would be next to be because most of the other students were coming in and a lot of the really popular people come in late so I will probably be next to one of them which was annoying because they just copy you and talk across the class room.
10 minutes into the lesson I thought I was just gonna be sitting by myself which I was fine with because I work better but then while writing down the date I looked up to see the Dolan's walk in, I groaned because I knew I would end up with one of them next to me and it was probably going to be Grayson and he would just hit on me but Mr.Tudge pointed to the seat next to me and said
"Ethan your next to Ruby, don't talk when I'm talking if not I will move you"
I was so relieved that it was Ethan sitting next to me and not Grayson, Grayson sat at the front with this other popular boy called James. I was really happy that Ethan was sitting next to me because I get along so well with him.
