A Tale of Rivalry [ Pirate! England x Pirate! London ] - Chapter I: Losing Independance
--
Three years. Three years since London had escaped Captain Kirkland's ship. Three years since she had gained independence and freedom from her brother. Sure, she escaped the ship, but that doesn't mean she hasn't learnt new skills from other pirates. Antonio helped her in swordsmanship, Francis helped her in theivery. The speciality for her would have to be the skill of being able to sneak out quietly, not even making a single sound. Sometimes she even wonders how she gained (or rather, stolen) titles from other pirates. London was also known for how merciless she was. During pirate battles, it would be a 'Kill, flee or win' situation for her opponent.

She ran a hand through her raven strands, sighing in annoyance. "I swear, if there'll be one more pirate attack, I'll get that pirate good," The female brit murmured to no one in particular. There is, however, something that the two siblings usually have. Rivalry. The two brits are rivals in almost everything. Swordsmanship, theivery, even other different skills. But London sure did prove to her brother that she isn't the average lady during those times and how she can slip out so easily. Even, during the escape, she had no choice but to threaten Captain Kirkland's crew members to not say a single about it, or she'll throw them overboard (or even shoot them, to be honest).

"Wait.. is that.." London squinted her eyes to get a better look, secretly hoping that her eyesight is not betraying her today. Especially at night. "Shoot, it's my brother's ship.." She growled, looking over to her deck which was empty seeing that it was 3 in the morning. "Well darn, my crew's asleep, I'm in danger of going back to that blasted ship, or worse being held prisoner." With that, she took off to her cabin to get properly dressed and fix up. A black hat, flowing red coat with bright golden trimmings, white inner blouse, short black pants (that goes to her lower thigh) and knee-high boots. On her left ear was a teardrop-shaped ruby, its top beautifully in gold. She wore similar clothing to her brother, yet the earrings were mirrored between the two.

He squinted his eyes. Arthur had been following the stars and it led straight to her, he knew he was right following the stars. Her ship wasn't too far, nor was it too near. "Right on time," He smirked, calling all his crewmembers to come on deck. Once he had London in sight, he yelled to his crewmembers to get ready. "Ready.." He said with a confident tone, "ALL BOARD!" He threw down a plank, dashing towards London's deck.

London screamed softly, knowing she wasn't fully prepared to face Captain Kirkland's crew. She dashed off down to the cabins. "CREW, WAKE UP! WE 'AVE A ENEMY ON BOARD!" Cue the Captain's eyebrow twitching when none of her crewmembers woke up, them being lazy. "A bunch of lazy-arses.." She grumbled, proceeding to mow down Captain Kirkland's crew that was waiting by the door. Don't ask how she actually knew they were there. Taking her pistol and two rapiers, she quickly strapped them on and ran on deck, killing off a few crewmembers in a row.

When her crew finally woke up due to the sounds of gunshots, metal clashing against metal and some screams, she smiled triumpantly and then allowed her crewmembers to fight. But she was rather wrong for being triumphant, seeing that her crew was killed in mere minutes. London stepped back, shaking in fear until her back was flat against the wall. Her grip on the rapier weakened, not until Captain Kirkland took his time to walk over to London. He gave out a dark chuckle, then pressed the blade against her neck, breaking some of the skin underneath. Her breath hitched in her throat, eyes widening at the closeness of the blade against her neck. It would be a one-death if she had moved a slight bit. "My, love, how long has it been since I've last seen you?" He asked smoothly. "None of your busine-" She got cut off by the blade pressing harder against her neck, causing her to whimper and grit her teeth. "Don't avoid the question, love," He smirked darkly down to his shorter sibling. "Sh-Shut up." She murmured, shutting her eyes tightly to ignore the acute pain. London then remembered something - her pistol. She quickly unstrapped it and shot, causing Arthur to step back in shock, giving London a big chance. She kicked him down hard by his chest, holding him down harshly. She gave him a wide smirk, looking down at him fiercely. "Hm, I thought Captain Kirkland was so feared?" She taunted, laughing.

Though, she did forget one thing that Captain Kirkland didn't lose.

His crew.

Before anymore words left London's mouth, she had screamed in pain and fell to the side, clutching her bleeding shoulder. He stood up, towering over London easily. "Surrender or we'll take you by force," He growled, glaring at her. London hesitated when making her decisions. If she had to surrender, her name and title would be shattered. If she doesn't surrender, she does get to keep her name and title, but her wounds would be worse than any other pirate battle she ever had. She sighed sadly then spoke, "I... surrender, Captain." Her pride and dignity shattered when those words left her mouth. She stood up, walking over to the taller Brit. "Good choice, love!" He chuckled darkly and grabbed her wrist, dragging her towards his ship. She took one last look at her ship before seeing his crewmembers taking all her treasure and valuables she had stolen. Sighing once again, she stumbled to catch up with the Captain, certainly not looking forward to being back in that ship again.

"Take the lass to the extra cabin!" Arthur ordered one of his crew members, seemingly a Scott.
"Aye, capt'n!"

The next thing London knew was being thrown into a large room, and she knew that room for a purpose. Technically a room for the Captain if he decides to take a wife (honhonhon //shotded).

'I am so not looking forward to this.'
