Danny Phantom love story

Ch. 4

It had been months since he discovered the anonymous fan girl leaving the love notes in his locker was one of his MAJOR enemies, Ember McLain. he still didn't get why she was doing this. He opened his locker and another note fell out.

'Meet me tonight' read the note, with an address and a time. he folded the note back up and stuffed it into his pocket like he normally did. he closed the locker and walked quickly to his last class, wondering what to do. he need to prepare for a battle, he was sure this was a trap. but he wasn't going down too easily. he sat in the desk and waited patiently for the time to come.

That night, he waited at the address from the note.

'I wonder why she wanted to meet me here, it's gotta be a trap' he glanced around, waiting for her to show up, the Fenton thermos at his side. he made sure he was well prepared, just in case it was a trap. off in the distance he saw something flying towards him. He knew it was her. she landed on her feet in front of him, a questioning look crossing his face.

"You were the one putting those note in my locker" he stated. she nodded in reply.

"Yes, I thought maybe you should know... that I really like you" she turned away, blushing as she told him this. his eyes widened in surprise.

"You're serious? This wasn't a trap?" she shook her head.

"Of course not! I know I was evil but... since I realized how I feel about you... I'm not sure who I am anymore" she turned back to face him "but I know how I feel about you, Danny" she floated closer to him, staring into his eyes "I understand if you don't feel the same, I just had to let you know" he nodded, understanding what was going on. he stared back at her, thinking 'I can't break her heart, she's suffered through so much in her past' he smiled at her as he spoke "I'll have to think about it, Ember" she frowned at hearing those words, and nodded. They both left the scene, him wonder what to do and she was in suspense, wondering what he'll say.
