Honestly, I had a dream about this..so I decided to write a story about because it was a very interesting dream...

"Are you okay? You look hurt...", he asked, concerned. He was pointing at the bruises on my face from my mom slapping and punching me. "O-oh, um...Yeah..I-I'm fine..Just bruised up, but it's all good..", I answered, softly. I was scared he was going to be weirded out, and leave me like everyone else. I know I just met him, but I felt a connection..it felt really unusual. "What happened?", he whispered, gently caressing my cheek. "I-I ran into a wall...I tripped.", I lied, regretting it immediately. "Don't fucking lie to me!", he roared in anger. "Just fucking tell me what happened!", I was shaking in fear, he was pretty scary when he was mad. "M-my mom! My mom did it.", I answered truthfully, staring into his eyes. He gaped his mouth open, and then just hugged me..and man when I tell you, it was the greatest hug ever...I actually felt safe. Which is very rare for me, I feel unsafe everywhere I go, feeling like no one likes me and are judging me.
"I have no where to go..", I admitted, shivering from the cold. It was January, it's still winter, next month will be the month I leave to California..I turn 18 next month. "You can stay with me..if you would like?", he offered, making me blush, smiling lightly at him. "I don't want to intrude-", I started but got interrupted by him. "Come on.", he demanded, grabbing my cold hand, dragging me along through the woods. "Thanks...", I whispered. "No problem."
