Shawn was such a amazing boyfriend he always looked after you and knew how to cheer you up when you were having a bad day. But lately he's been drifting away. Not kissing you goodbye in the morning or randomly kissing you. On the other hand he most definitely has been spending a lot of time with Camilla. Don't get me wrong I love her she's funny and were actually really good friends. Shawn and Camilla have been promoting their new single which I totally understand it's their job but it still hurts when he doesn't even try to make an effort with me even when I try to make the first move. But today we were going to the people choice awards were Shawn was nominated for the best newcomer award and you were certain that he was gonna get it. You go ready making extra effort so maybe Shawn would notice you. But nothing he didn't even look at you. You got to the red carpet and left Shawn to pose for pictures until all the paparazzi began to ask if they could take pictures of you together which you really weren't in the mood for but you were dragged up anyway. Shawn placed his hand on your waist the same as he always does causing you to get goose bumps as usual which makes you feel like even more of a idiot. As the paparazzi flashed their pictures you began to stare of in to the distance until you were moved and it was Shawn's turn to do interviews. You stood behind him as you always did waiting for him to finish. You weren't really paying attention until you heard someone say your name. You looked ahead and all you could see was Shawn with a clenched jaw and a fake smile on his face the interviewer had complemented how good you looked and Shawn hadn't liked it which made you kinda angry as he hadn't show a ounce of interest in you so you decided to play on it. You knew cam, Nash and Aaron were going to be hear tonight so maybe it was time to show Shawn what he's missing. You got seated, Shawn won the award which made you so proud because you had seen how much work it had taken Shawn to get to this point so when his name was announced and you both stud up you gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek whispering in his ear that you loved him causing his cheeks to turn a rosy pink. He went up thanked the fans the he went of backstage to get ready to perform. You knew he would be gone for a while so you went to make friends during the intermission. It wasn't hard to find cam he was being really loud which you knew was normal for him from the story's you had heard so being you you just walked right up to them.
Y/N: hey your cameron Dallas right ?
Can: I am and who might you be?
He said standing up looking you up and down.
Y/N: I'm Y/N Shawn's girlfriend.
You stuck your hand out and be shook it.
Cam: I knew I recognised you. It's nice to finally meet you.
He pulled you into a hug which you were a little take back by but you hugged back.
Y/N: it's nice to meet you to.
Can: where's Shawn?
Y/N: he went to get read to perform.
You learnt a lot about cam in the short 10 minutes of the intermission he seemed like a really nice person and as he was the only person who you knew you asked him if he wanted to sit with you until Shawn came back and he agreed. Then the call came for everyone to settle down as the show was re starting and then Shawn came out and began to sing at first he didn't notice you but when he did his face turned red and although the smile stayed he continued threw the song then Camila came out this performance was really different to their usual ones he didn't look at her once his eyes just stayed glued on you and cam and occasionally you would turn to cam and smile at him or cam would lean in to whisper something in your ear because it was so loud and all he was mainly saying was about how great Shawn was doing but ever time he leaned in you could see that Shawn was getting more and more annoyed. Shawn's performance finish you clapped and they both got of the stage you continued your conversation with cam about a girl he likes and whether he should make a move. Then you felt a someone stood behind you. It was Shawn frowning to himself nostrils flaring jaw clenched looking down at you and cam having a good time.
Can : hey dude it's been to long.
He got up and hugged Shawn
Y/N: yeah man how yah been.
And they went on for a while catching up quickly until the call was give that everyone could leave so you stud up. As Shawn and cam's conversation began to finish.
Cam: it was nice catching up dude
Cam the turned to you and pulled you in for a hug which you returned the favourite with.
Can: it was nice meeting you maybe we can go out for coffee sometime and you could give me some more advice on my problem.
He laughed handing you his phone to add your number which you did and handed it back.
Y/N: we totally should. Don't worry I'm sure you'll sort it.
Cam smiled and walked away. Shawn grabbed you by the waist and pulled you to the car.
Y/N: hey let go. What got up your ass?
He didn't answer he just started the car and rove home. His hands were so tight around the steering wheel it looked like he was gonna break it. You connect your phone to his car and pressed shuffle on came the song that you had been listening to a lot lately- Selena Gomez Perfect which fitted perfectly (pun not intended) that's when you could see the look on Shawn's face change, when he realised what he had been doing. You pulled up to the drive way of your house and the car stopped you both got out in silence and walked up the path he unlocked the door and you followed him in slipping off the heels you had on all night picked them up and headed up the stairs to your room to get read for bed. You had taken of your makeup and dress by the time Shawn had come upstairs. You were walking around in you bra and underwear putting your things away and looking for something to wear. Until you felt a cold hand on your waist spin you around so that you were face to face with Shawn he didn't say anything he just hugged you. You were shocked by this as it had been a while since you and Shawn had a moment like this. you just stood their until Shawn let go and looked In to your eyes with a expression filled with a mixture of hurt and regret. His hand went from your waist to your cheek and he began to stroke it with the pad of his thumb.
Shawn: I'm sorry
You got out of his grip and went to your closet grabbing a teeshirt and climbing into bed. As you lay there checking your phone Shawn walked out of the bathroom in his usual sleep attire which only consists of his boxers. He climbed in next to you as you turned so your back was facing him. He pulled your phone from your hands causing you to turn back around.
Y/N: hey give that back.
Shawn: I'm really sorry ok I get it I didn't mean to distance you please don't do this.
He looked at you with tears lingering in his eyes waiting for you to say or do something. You knew he hadn't cheated on you that's just not how Shawn he is as a person it made your heart ace to see him so sad. You scouted closer to him and raped your arm around his torso. He wasn't expecting you to do so but as soon as you attached you arms to him you could feel him sobbing in to your shoulder. As you pulled away you could see the tears roll down his cheeks.
Shawn: please don't leave I love you.
With out giving it a second thought you kisses him bringing your hands back up to his face clearing away the tears.
Y/N: why would you think that I would leave you.
You asked softly stroking his cheeks.
Shawn: because I hurt you.
At that moment you understood how much Shawn loves you and how in love you were with him. You pulled him I'm again this time straddling him making the kiss deeper as he rubbed his hands around your hips you began to slowly rotate the causing as much friction between the two of you.
Y/N: I'm never going to leave you.
You say as you began to kiss along his jaw leaving long lingering small kisses. You slowly began to trail them down his neck and to his chest the hole time rubbing him threw the thin material of his boxers. Until you finally reached the elastic as you removed the thin material Shawn suddenly flipped us over so he was now hovering over you. In a hushed tone he whispered.
