"Have a good break everyone and please try to read a book!" My teacher shouts above all of the talking.

It's the start of spring break and guess what my plans are. Sitting on the couch doing nothing:( fun right?.... Not.

I live about 5 minutes away from the school so I walk to and from it. As I step out of the doors I feel a shove to my back which forces me to drop my books.

I turn around with a deathly stare to find my best friend Laura standing with a smirk. "What the hell Laura!?" I howl.

"So sorry Amber." She replies sarcastically. "But I do love your binders!" She continues. My one direction binders were spread across the floor. Laura and I are their biggest fans.

She helps me pick up my binders and then we start walking. We live next to each other so everyday we walk home together.

"We're 17 years old, it's our last spring break in high school and were doing nothing. " I sigh. Laura responds with a nod of her head.

Silence seeks among us for the next couple of minutes. I look up and see we have arrived at our houses.

"See ya. I'll text you later." Laura says as I walk into my house.
