Night-time Fright

Morning or Afternoon

I thought I might create a new story which is about a night time - message, and seeing what the emotions of the main character's self is. I came up with this story by understanding what emotions people have and get over different purposes.
Also this is the main character Grace's brother Daniel's Point of view ( Pov. )

It was slowly becoming dark, the moon was glooming in the faint light of the sky and people were disappearing from the streets. I was at home, in my bedroom listening to heavy metal music (as I always do) while reading before my Mum came in and said that dinner was ready.

While I was recovering from the shattering and screaming sounds of greatness bursting into my ears, Mum asked "How's your sister going?" like she normally does. 
"Arr..... she's ok I guess, haven't talked to her for a while so she must be in her room like she usually does" I said politely, while a slight chuckle from my Mum escaped her throat.

As I walk down stairs following my Mum all the way to the kitchen I could smell the awesomeness of taco's  tonight, bingo my favorite. As a sat down silently in the dining room next door, I watched Grace walk into the kitchen and sat across from me. She looked like she was really tired and was about to fall asleep on the table.

As I was looking at her oddly I asked "What the heck has happened to you, are you ok?"

"O I'm perfectly fine thanks for asking (In a jokingly tone) I woke up really early that's all."

As I set up the dining plates slowly and arranged the cutlery parallel to the table Dad walked into the room, and was greeted with loving food being served. For most of the time that we were eating no one talked or said a word, meaning the sound of crunching taco shells were the voice of dinner.

Once I was finished with my food and a full stomach I walked back to my bedroom, and decided to go onto my computer, and see what the latest talk was about on facebook. Obviously there wasn't much happening, seeing as nobody had been on for at least 4 hours which I don't even think that's possible, but anyway.

I do know that it's a short chapter so far, but once it comes to the main character Grace's Pov. then the chapters will gradually get more information.
