Apocalyptic Survivor

Chapter 3

Who are you I asked the stranger to which the stranger replied " in the world we live in now, it does not matter". The stranger then pulled down the hoodie revealing the most beautiful sight. It was the face of an angel, with sparkling blue eyes, pearly white teeth and creamy skin.

I just stood there frozen by this beauty. "My name is Amber" she said. I'm Justin I replied. I asked her what has happened to the world. She just looked away and then replied" we sent missiles towards North Korea and they knew we were coming so thy retaliated by sending tons of missiles towards all over the world. The missiles destroyed all the cities and towns and mutated anything that survived, it dried out the oceans and killed billions of people."

I just kept quiet, shocked by what i had just heard. "Do you ever talk" Amber said. I replied by saying sorry I'm just shocked by what I had heard. How did you survive I asked her. "That none of your business" she said angrily. So is it cool if I stick with you, after all it is better than being alone. "Fine, but if u slow me down I wont hesitate to kill you or leave u behind" she said.

Got it, so what's the plan. "I'm going to explore and see what I can find." That a good plan I said.

So we set off looking for supplies as we went along and running into ghouls and watching this beauty fight them with ease. She carried a baseball bat and a shotgun. She also carried a backpack with water and food but she would tell me what else. She explained that if i got bitten or scratched by one of the mutants i would die.

Suddenly there was a loud explosions from a building and we ran towards it quickly. As we got closer we found out what the explosions were. It was the result of a lion that had mutated and had horns in the front of its head, green eyes and had super speed and strength. It was knocking cars around in a rage and once it spotted us it let out a roar and started charging towards us.
