~Flashback~

It was my ninth birthday. My mom got me a tangled cake. We invited my dad to come at 12:00 but he's no where in sight. I went outside and started walking around waiting for my dads black mustang to show up. He finally should up at 1:00. A little late if you ask me. He came in the house we cut the cake and happily ate. Then my dad spoke up,"Present time!!!"

It was followed by joyous "yays!!!" From my sister and I.

I opened the one from my mom a wii with Mario cart.

My dad was $100.

"Samantha? Get your shoes on I'm taking you to toys r us to pick two toys of your choice!"

"Yay!!" With that I got my shoes on and waited for my sister. Katrina came out with her purple vans.

~1 hour and 3 toys later~

We came in the house and my mom was on the phone.

"Oh really?!?" She said into the phone. She put it on speaker.

"Yeah, he wasn't there on time because he was with me and I wouldn't let him leave." Said a lady into the phone. My mom turned and gave my dad death glares.

"Can I speak to your youngest daughter please? I think her name is Samantha?" The lady spoke yet again. My mom passed me the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hi, Samantha!! Happy birthday!"

"I'm sorry who are you?"

"One of your daddy's friends!" I pushed my dad out of the house before he could say anything else. Then I remembered he had the toys with him. I opened the door and luckily he was still outside with a shocked expression. I yanked the bags out of his hands slammed the door and went to play with my new toys.

~Flashback Over~

I remember that day I still laugh at the memory.

I got a text from Sean.

"Hey, babe I want you to meet my family dinner at my house Friday?"

"Sure why not? Dinner at mine Wednesday?"

"Deal night darling xx"

"Darling?"

"Yes have a problem with it darling? ;)"

"No, not at all."
