Ok, so I went back and fixed a few parts so it made a bit more sense so I truely recommend that you go back and re-read the chapters unless you started reading this AFTER 9/16/13. Me and Emma walked to her house which isn't very far, so we weren't all out of breath by the time we had got there. We ran up the stairs to her room and started to blast MSI, it was one of our favorite bands ever. It was something we had in common.
"Emma, I have something to tell you.." I said shyly.
"Yeah, what's up? You seem upset." she said in a calming voice.
"ImadeoutwithMike." I basically said barely putting and spaces in between my words when I spoke.
"What?" she asked confused.
"I made out with Mike..." I said once again. She just kind of stood there not moving. "Are you mad at me, or at least upset for betraying Kayley?" I asked with lots of worry in my voice.
"No. I'm not upset at all." she said with a smile.
"Really, why?" I asked all confused.
"Because, I always saw sparks between you and Mike better than him and Kayley." she said with a smile and a wink. I smiled back and we both watched Invader Zim on Netflix. Emma picked up her phone and started to text someone, but I didn't really care because I was too into Invader Zim and his robot minion. GIR! No, not the little yellow ones in over-alls from Despicable Me...
Eventually, I heard a knock on the door. "Hey do you mind getting that for me?" asked Emma with a strange smirk on her face. I honestly didn't mind because she's like my bestfriend and this is basically my second home... sometimes my only home when my bastard of a father gets drunk and beats me and my brothers. They try to fend him off but he's just too strong...
I open the door, "Hello?" my face goes from a smile to a look of shock, then to pure happiness and my heart is practically pounding out of my chest.
