Tristan went straight to his office after receiving a message from Aya. She is his right hand and incharge for most of the things related to the Strix.
' They saw the car arrived at the Mikealson mansion around dinner time but never left.. According to our people the car has two female passenger that seems to be a visitor to the Mikealson..' Aya reported the moment he sit on his table.
' Are we talking about human? Or what?' Tristan asked.
' They are human.. I dont think they possess any threat.' Aya conclude..
' Thats no problem then, we need to have our chance and get Freya from their guard. We can use that witch..'
' We will make sure to check that and once we get the chance will take her..'
' Good, Gabriel is here. With him is a coffin that has Rebecca's body..'
' Where is the coffin?' Ask Aya.. Tristan realize that Gabriel did not mention where it is..
' I will check it with Gabriel later.. You may go..'
' Sure... I will keep you posted..' and Aya left the room.... Tristan remain on his seat and think clearly about their plan.. They need to separate Freya from Elijah and Klaus to completely effect their strategy.. Without a witch they are nothing..

Caroline woke up around 10 in the morning.. Still no sign of Bonnie. She decided to take a bath and fix herself. For others she is human, and she is a tourist so might as well take her time to think.. She decided to eat lunch outside.. She walk and check the area. As she expected, everything is normal
Locals are enjoying the sunny summer. She loved the heat because she can feel it on her skin.. She continue walking until she pass a quite street..
' You should be inside of the hotel and not walking like you are in fantasy..' she immediately recognize the voice. Caroline continue walking and pretend she didnt hear him.
' C'mon love, lets stop this childish act.. ' He continue walking behind her.
' Klaus, stop following me. I can take care of myself'.
' I know that you can.. But there is something I wanted to show you.. I opt to show it to you if ever you consider of coming...' he stop walking. Caroline look at him and see how genuine his intention is.
' Okay, just for today.. I will agree with you..'
' Great! Lets go love..' and he started walking. Caroline followed behind him.. She remember the last time she saw him way back in Mystic Falls.. The time when she admit to him about her feelings in exchange of a promise that he wont go back anymore. He did, but now due to certain situation they are together again.. Her heart is so happy and she is afraid of it..
Once Klaus knew that no one is looking he used his vampire speed and so does Caroline. They go straight outside New Orleans. To a place wherein he build only for Caroline.. Hoping that one day she will turn up on his door and choose him...
' Where are we? ' asked Caroline when Klaus stop..
' Welcome to my small sanctuary.. A place where I can find peace.. No enemy, no hybrid, no vampire.. Just me and things that I want to wake up too... Shall we love?' He gesture his hand.. Caroline accepted it and Klaus lead her to a small black gate with a high walls. Caroline was very amaze when she entered the gate.. It was absolutely different from the outside.. As if she entered a different place.. A place for princess in the books.. It has a man made lagoon with fountain and she can see that the area is very big just like in the castle.. On the other corner is a mansion not as big as the Mikealson mansion but it has its own unique beauty.. It has an old design but something elegant. The garden is full of flowers and butterflies on the other side..
' I wish to live here..' Klaus continue leading the way..
' Very beautiful Klaus.. Its amazing..!' she is in awe..
' Let me show you another thing..' and they move to the back of the mansion.. There Caroline see horses.. She can't help but smile remembering their conversation way back on his family's ball.
' I only have two at the moment.
' Klaus started touching one of the horses.
' This is perfect.' She exclaimed.
' Not until I have someone to stay with me...' Klaus commented.
' You have Cami, though she is a human but for sure she will love it here..' it suddenly slip out of her mouth..
' Am I sensing jealousy love?' He smirk.. Caroline blush and hide his face..
' Its early to dream Klaus.. ' in her defense...
' Is it really dreaming, no offense love but its showing in your entire face..' and his smile widen.
' I dont know what your talking about..'
' Really love? Can you just admit that you are jealous to her..' He wants Caroline to accept that fact..
' If you wants us to play nice to this perfect view do not manipulate me..' and she smiled.. Klaus laugh because he knew that Caroline can sometimes be powerful over him..
' And stop that flirting stare.. It's distracting me..' and she put distance..
Klaus followed her and they continue walking..
' Who is flirting? Because clearly I am not.. You enjoy it too..' His smirk cannot be erased.
' Stop it, You wont succeed ' and Caroline walk faster.
' Would you accept my offer of staying here with me after this is over?' He asked while he still follow Caroline.. He had to ask while he is behind her so he wont see the rejection from her face. Caroline face him..
' We have a thousand years of life ahead.. I have been away for only a decade.. I wanted to experience every bit of this so I can be ready.. I am not yet satisfy Klaus..' she has to let him understand..
' I understand love but I can't wait forever for you.. I am the strongest creature ever created.. I dont think waiting is an option..' and He stare somewhere else.
' You once told me that when I became a vampire, I need to adjust may perception of time.. So adjust yours Klaus...' she hold his face.. Force him to look at her and look into her eyes..
' And for now, lets get this over.. ' she finally murmured. Klaus did not give any comment. He knew it that she wont accept his offer... They continue to discover the lovely place.. They pretend that its a day for their hearts to be happy. They ride the horses.. Sit on the beautiful garden with a man made lagoon and talked everything under the sun.. Caroline indulge in the moment because she knew this is a very rare one.. Klaus is laughing, he seems relax and happy.. It made Caroline's heart happy. Many wont understand how she come to like Klaus, but this is one of the reason. With her, he can have humanity. He can laugh and say anything he want. She can see his weakness and promise to protect it with her life. After few more hours of being together they decided to eat something.. Caroline found out that Klaus is a good cook. His choice of dishes is what she likes also. Afterwards Klaus send her off to the hotel and instruct her not to talk to anymore nor open the door.. Let him know at the first sense of danger. She assured him that she will.
