Monday Morning

I woke up and did my morning routine. I put on my outfit of the day which consisted of light blue skinny Tru Religion jeans, MK belt, a white cropped top, and my French Blue 12 Jordan's. My weave was straightened
today. I applied eyeliner a thin coat of pink lipstick. I don't know why my mom thought I was getting on the bus today. She went to work early on purpose 😒. I called Cameron and told him to come get me. He pulled up in less than ten minutes.

I got in the car and he looked me up and down.

"Why you looking at me like that?" I asked getting uncomfortable

"Where's the rest of your shirt at?" He asked.

"Can you just drive?"

"I'll drive when you tell me where the rest of that damn shirt at."

"It's supposed to be like this."

"Yeah ight. It's "supposed" to not be worn outside the house." He said tryna be somebody dad.

"Whatever Cameron." I rolled my eyes.

"You hungry?" He asked. I instantly smiled. I love food.

"Yes." I said getting excited. I told him take me to iHop and he said iHop takes too long. So we just went to Burger King instead. We ate in his car.

"How long was you and Jaden together for?" He asked acting slow

"I told you, 3 years."

"Dang. And them girls knew about it the whole time." I looked down getting emotional. He pulled over and grabbed my face making me look at him.

"Don't stress over him babygirl. You way better than that." He said looking into my eyes. I felt a tear drop. This is embarrassing crying in front of Cameron..

He wiped my tear for me and kissed my cheek. Then he pulled back and kissed me on the lips. This was wrong but it felt right. He put his tongue in my mouth and massaged mine with his. I pulled back because we were friends, nothing more nothing less. I looked at him who was looking at me. I cleared my throat and looked out the window. He drove off and took us to school.

I quickly got out the car and speed walked to Mr.Vay's class. I can't believe he just kissed me, and I kissed back. I don't have a problem with kissing Cameron but it's just way too early for all of that. I peeked into Mr.Vay's class. My class was gone meaning we were late. I had to go to my second period class Ms.Hampton. I walked in and she looked at me. I looked back at her 😐 tf she staring at. I sat down way in the back next to some girl Shayla. Everybody in the class was talking. I looked around to see if Cameron made it in yet and he hadn't. Then my eyes darted on Ms.Hampton and Deante. Those two were... Something else. Acted like something more than a teacher and student 😂 she favorited him more than any other student in the class, too. I think he has a crush on her. You probably thinking who has a crush on they teacher but that's how Deante get down. I continued watching the two. They were laughing at something I'm not sure of. He turned around and noticed me staring so I quickly looked somewhere else. Deante was on of Cameron's friends. Deante, too, was tall and had tattoos but he had a sponge hairstyle and an earring. Don't get me wrong Deante was cute but he didn't look better than Cameron. I got so caught in my feelings about this boy I didn't realize the class leaving. I left so fast I forgot my purse with my phone and other personal things. I went back to her room and got my purse. Deante was still in there. I chuckled and shook my head. It was time for lunch now. The hallways was crowded as hell. I couldn't find Cameron anywhere. Shayla walked up to me.

"Come on we gotta get down there fast before all the cheese fries be gone" Shayla loved food like me. I laughed and we walked to the cafeteria. We sat at the table with only cheese fries on our tray. I looked at Shayla. Shayla was a pretty lightskinned girl with dimples and good hair. She's said she isn't mixed tho 🤔.

"Are you and Cameron a thing now?" She asked. I looked at her silly

"No we are just friends... But he did kiss me this morning when I asked for a ride to school" her mouth dropped

"Omgosh, you two are so cute. It's okay if yall go out on the low I won't say anything" she said smiling innocently. I laughed and then Deante came over there. Shayla has the biggest crush on him. She started turning red when he came over there. She looked down at her fingernails when he sat down.

"Wsp Deja, and Shayla."

"Hi Deante." I said looking at him. Shayla waved. She's so shy. He laughed. Deante tapped me on my shoulder and told me to come out with him to tell me something

We walked outside the cafeteria and he looked at me.

"Okay I know Shayla has a crush on me and I got one on her too, but I did something today." He said looking sad

"What you do Deante"

"I... I kissed Ms.Hampton." I looked at him for a second. I took a deep breath.

"Why would you do that?"

"I don't know how it happened Deja seriously. Please don't tell Shayla." I hated keeping secrets. But if Deante ever tried something slick I'll let the whole school know.

"Okay. I won't tell her." He thanked me and we walked back inside the cafeteria. Shayla was eating her fries.

"What did he want?" I felt bad for lying to her.

"Girl nun at all. He was asking me about Cameron." I lied.

"Wtf his gay ass" she joked. I laughed slightly.

End of the day

I was walking home today. I missed Cameron and I wanted to know where the hell he went. His car wasn't even in the parking lot anymore. I called him but he ignored me. He's totally blowing me off after what he did today. I sighed as I walked further down the block. My phone buzzed. It was Jaden.

Jaden- I'm coming to Georgia.

I read that text over and over. I do not wanna see this nigga. Why is he coming down here? 😩 this is too much
