Hello demigods! As you may have already known, our favorite troll of an author released a brand new book as a kickoff to yet another mythology-based series! Yeah, so we all know the story by Percy Jackson, Annabeth/Magnus Chase, Sadie/Carter Kane, Jason Grace, and other demigods (and magicians), but what if this series centred around a god? Or shall I say, EX-god!?!
On May 3, The Hidden Oracle hit the shelves for the premier of the follow-up PJO/HoO series called The Trials of Apollo, (obviously) featuring Apollo, the Greek god of medicine, archery, music, poetry, the sun, and a whole bunch of other stuff! Except, Apollo isn't a god anymore! Stripped of his godly powers and abilities, he is found by Meg, a mysterious young demigod living on the streets.
As their destinies intertwined, we are also met with a few familiar faces: Percy Jackson, Nico di Angelo, Will Solace, Rachel Elizabeth, and Dare (hehe, get it?) I say Leo Valdez!?! The Oracle is missing, and Camp Half-Blood has gotten a few kidnappings! Join Apollo and Meg in this hilarious adventure of a (mortal) lifetime as they search to find the hidden Oracle!
I know I sound so much like that over-enthusiastic guy on mop commercials, but you should really get this book if you haven't already. Anyway, peace out! All yours in demigodishness and all that.
