As I start to slow down, Scarlett grabs me by my hand and says, " I know that you probably want to be Soul's partner, but if he says no will you be my partner?" I look into her eyes and say, "Of course I will, but what will you do if he says yes?" She looks off into the distance and dramatically poses " I will look for a new partner and see where the wind will take me!" We burst out laughing and walk towards the school.

I pull out a book and start reading when all of a sudden two hands cover my eyes. I squeal and say "Scarlett is that you?" "Nope." Reply's a strange voice. It took me a few minutes to figure out that it was Black Star my best "boy" friend. ( he his not my boyfriend.) When I finally guess right he lets go and tickles me. " STOP IT!" I squeal. Un able to hold it in any more I burst out laughing. Finally he lets me go and sits beside me. " so have you decided on a partner yet?" He asked way to curiously. "Yes but I haven't asked him yet." I reply trying to keep a straight face. "Ooo! Who is this mystery man?" He asked leaning in forwards. Now knowing I'm talking out loud I blurt out "Soul." O quickly cover my mouth. "oh my god. I will be your part-. Wait did you say Soul?" He asks dumbfounded. "no! I said... Um.....Scarlett." I say quickly recovering. The school bell rings and I rush to the door embarrassed. "This is a great start to a first day of school." I thought to myself.
