The leaves of the tree fall,

A sea of red, brown and green,

The beautiful calm before the squall,

Beauty before the hell,

I watch as the world shifts,

The life being sucked away,

Winter bringing its snowy gifts,

And the cold wind leaves a chill,

Then suddenly,

The white turns to wet,

Then winter leaves grudgingly,

Spring takes old man winter's place,

But the spring cool only lasts,

As long as the cool wind blows,

Then mother nature takes her blast,

Of heat and steam, leaving the world to scream.
