We couldn't stay in the Auditorium anymore, we had too much to do, and we were lucky to even get the Gym door open, but we did it and that's what counts. I couldn't keep my eyes open though, my world was spinning, the sounds echoed into an endless abyss, my feet were locked to the ground like magnets, I couldn't keep my eyes straight...just a little rest...just a little...and like that I dozed off into a dream. In it was colorful rain falling down in slow motion and the sound of it hitting the ground was hypnotising, so peaceful, so elegant. It seemed like it lasted forever and it did. I was awoken at the sound of a Period Bell but my friends were asleep too, I ran to wake them up and find out what period we were in. I glanced at my watch and it read 2:30, that's when school ends, and all the kids were rushing out the front doors from what I could hear. We all snuck out the Auditorium exit at the back behind the curtains and the light of day was piercing through my vision like a needle in a vein. I quickly found bus 2 and got on and found seat 13 where I sit. I couldn't believe it, I was dozing off again...slowly...and...slowly...dozing.....off.
I woke from the bus driver tapping my shoulder telling me it was my stop, the bus was empty, I was always the last to get off. I exited the bus in a normal pace and wondered how I dozed off so fast when I got on the bus. Walking over potholes and loose pebbles I found myself at my place, A big vibrant blue 2 story house. I lived with my girlfriend. Me and her have been together for 3 years since 7th grade when I met her. I walked in and gave her a hug and went to our bedroom only to find myself writing my book again, I don't know why my book High School was so important to me, but I figured why not, you know? I had just started writing the first page 5 minutes ago and I'm having a good feeling about this book. Falling asleep won't help my book progress though. I have to record everything I do in it and I cant waste any time at all. I went into the bright kitchen to make a bowl of cereal. Cocoa Crunch Rice was my favorite, I liked it since I was a kid and never acknowledged it until I was 12. I think about things too much and I never leave them out when it comes to this book, but I continued to make my cereal and get a spoon. I headed towards the table and ate slowly, enjoying every single crunch of the chocolate cereal. The sensation was unreal, it was like nothing I've ever had and I get that feeling everytime. Finally I came down to the last bit of it, and the milk was blended with the sweet, creamy chocolate and tasted like chocolate milk. I enjoyed that moment sitting at the table, reminiscing about everything I've done all these 18 years. But finally I got up, layed my dish in the sink, and headed back to the bed in my room. My girlfriend was already asleep, but I had no interest in sleeping at the moment, so I continued to write and write. The book was coming along nicely despite the fact I only had a page or two written. I had finished the second page in an hour, and started the third one. I was confident about it and I had plenty of things to explain and tell. But there was a problem, I didn't know a name for it, I always had a name for each page no matter what and I wasn't ready to give up. I sat there and thought and thought and thought, I came to points where I was staring at things around our room just to give myself an idea of what I could title the page but I was getting sleepy and my eyes were starting to close with ease and some idea was stirring in the back of my head but I couldn't understand it. I could feel my hand elegantly moving slowly, then my eyes shut and just when I started to fall asleep, I opened my eyes, moved my hand, and saw the title "Dozing Off".
