This was the day I have been dreading for months, the first day at my new high school. The moment my best friend, Olivia, told me she didn't get in I was so sad. I begged and begged my parents to let me stay at my school but they refused. Anyway I am Lauren Rose, I love to play sports and hang with my friends. In my family I have 2 sisters, Jade(10) and Bella(8) and 2 brothers, Lucas(6) and Noah(17). My parents are Percy and Annabeth. Yes, yes I know who they are. I have been to camp for 8 years now and have been claimed by Posiden. I should probably get ready now.
"Lauren," mom yelled from downstairs, " are you ready we have to leave in 10 minutes!"
I heard my dad yell to me before he left, " Bye Lauren have a good day!"
"Bye dad," I said.
In 10 minutes mom and I were driving away to my new high school.
