*Harry's POV*
Chapter 3
Finally, the day had ended. I was so excited to be going home now, after all the bullying that happened today. It was more than the last year, but I was used to it, why should I even care?
I was walking out of my last block, my backpack tight against my back. I walked down the halls past crowds of people, looking in different directions, seeing if I could spot Louis.
Once I turned into the main hallway, I did.
But it wasn't a surprised to see him in a huddle with the other most popular boys and girls on the school, including Josh.
I watched him, how he laughed with everyone, looking like he wasn't even thinking about me, which was probably true.
I sadly looked down through my eyelashes and walked out the doors where more people were, looking for my bus.
I had realized that it hadn't been there yet, so I decided to sit on a small bench, where nobody was.
I gasped when my good friend Kayla, who goes by KayKay, sat down beside me.
"Hi Harry!" She exclaimed, smiling and waving at me.
"Hey KayKay," I said quietly back to her.
"Harry I'm going to Six Flags this weekend, and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me?" KayKay asked sweetly, adding a little bit of a question tone to the end.
Nobody knew I was gay, not even KayKay. I knew that she liked me, it was pretty obvious, but I like guys. Not girls.
"I'll see if I can," I said as I noticed my bus pulling up, one of the only times I really got to see Louis.
"Gotta go KayKay, I'll text you about the Six Flags," I told her, waving back to her seeing her smile and wave to me, and I stepped up being the first one on my bus.
I walked back to the same seat I was in this morning, sitting down and taking out my flip phone to see if my mum or anyone had texted me. Considering I only had 4 contacts in my phone, I was guessing not.
I soon heard a pile of the loud popular people load the bus, and I saw Louis, way down at the end, but he noticed me. I saw how his eyes met mine, those beautiful blue-green eyes.
He made his way to me, and I heard people calling his name in the back. He stopped in front of me, holding his pointer finger up to them, and looks back down at me.
"Can I sit here Harry?" He asked.
"O-of course, Louis," I swallowed, squishing over to the window.
"Thanks," He said smiling, and taking a seat down beside me.
I heard comments in the back like, 'What the hell Louis?!' And other things, but Louis seemed to ignore it when he pulled out his iPhone and turned it on.
"So how was your first day?" Louis asked me.
"It was okay," I said.
"Sorry about what happened on the bus earlier, they shouldn't be like that," He told me.
"It wasn't your fault," I said.
"I should've stopped it. But I didn't."
I shrugged while I looked Louis in the eyes, and he smiled down at my eyes.
His phone shot on, and he broke the smile looking down at it, and of course he already had loads of messages, unlike me.
I was looking out the window as the bus pulled out of the school, and I then heard Louis talk to me.
"Can I hear the song you were writing? The one in your notebook?" He asked me.
"Um...maybe another time," I blushed, "When I get more lyrics written."
"Oh, alright," Louis said, and he started to type something on his phone.
I needed to say something, even if it was stupid, I didn't want to stop talking to him.
"You could help me think of a title," I blurted to him sweetly.
Louis looked over at me and smiled through his glasses.
"Sure, but I'll have to read the lyrics first," Louis smiled.
"Sure thing," I said back, the both of us smiling at each other.
Just then, I felt a hard object hit the back of my head, almost feeling like a ball.
I moaned at the object interfering with my head, and rubbed it with my curls, seeing blood when I brought my hand down.
"Harry! What happened?!" Louis asked worriedly.
"I-I...I'm not sure," I said, drawing tears to my eyes, because of the blood.
"Who the fuck threw that baseball?!" Louis stood up and yelled to the back of the bus, the whole back of it growing quiet.
"Louis I didn't mean for it to hit you! I meant for it to get Harry I'm so sorry!" Samantha said to Louis.
"Fuck you Samantha it was Harry you hit! Stupid bitch," Louis yelled back and sat down in the seat with me.
"Wow, um. Thank you. Nobody's ever stood up for me like that before," I said, still rubbing my head that blood filled.
"That's what friends do," Louis said smiling at me, and I smiled back up at him, realizing that I was his friend. My first guy friend.
