Chapter 1

   It all started with 14 year old Mae Brinkston a 8th grader going to high school. For her high school was something really new and scary and that also went she had to grow up and mature. Mae went Masonville middle school and lived in Masonville, Mississippi. So it was summer and Mae was so happy, but it was almost over. Mae had 5 best friends Lily Ann, Mallee, Blaze, Jannie, and Rae. Rae and Mae were like sisters.

I start high school in less than a month.( I am freaking out)
**Beep** My alarm clock started going off. I thought 💭 school is not today. Then I heard my mom scream wake up let's go to the mall. I thought 💭 thank gosh, no school. Then we went to the mall and then I saw this really 😍 cute guy. Then I saw him holding hands with this girl and the she looking really familiar. She had brown hair and makeup on then I realized duh,I screamed Rae!!. Then she ran up to me and hugged me.

I hugged Mae then introduced my new boyfriend.

Rae❤️: This is Lane my new boyfriend
We started dating a few weeks ago.
Mae💜: cool I guess,I should go.
Rae❤️: ok.. Bye

💜Mae's POV💜
I just can't believe this ok he is so cute (dang why can't she just date a really ugly guy). I think I'll just ignore her go now, because she will be really 😡 if she finds out I think her boyfriend is cute.
*phone dings*

🎈Rae🎈Are you ok?
Then I throw my phone down.
🎈Rae🎈freaking answer me Mae
🎈Mae🎈go away can't talk umm.. I am going to sleep
🎈Rae🎈Fine but I am going to find out what wrong!!.

I'd rather school back session now🤗
Then I walked to a store in the mall after sitting down for a while. Then this guy was standing there he 👀 at me and looked very familiar then It hit me. It was that guy named  that Charlie 😍.
I have always had a crush him since 5th grade.
💜Charlie's POV💜
Ok so I looked at Mae And thought 💭 Mae never will  know how I felt about her and I probably never will  tell her because I know I don't have a chance. Then I saw my best friend Oliver. Then Oliver walked up to me.
💜Charlie💜I have to tell you something
💛Oliver💛Let me guess you loved the same girl since the 3rd grade when she ran into you in the hall and made you drop your books then you said to yourself I could love her forever. Even though you will never tell her how you feel.
💜Charlie💜Who's the girl? huh?
💛Oliver💛Don't act stupid you know who, she is right over there. Want me to tell her how you feel.
💜Charlie💜She never needs to know anything.

Then Charlie's ex girlfriend Lexi walks up
💛Lexi💛Who doesn't need to know what?
