One || Overthinking

I slowly looked straight at my colorless long length mirror,I took my comb and started sliding in on my long black hair,I hummed my favorite lullaby,I soon heard a knock,I stopped what I'm doing and stood up,My foot eased down on the hard floor,as it dragged me to my door,I trailed my fingers on the knob and turn it.

"Oh Omma." I managed to smile upon seeing her,She quickly let herself in,I walked beside her slowly.

"I see you haven't gotten ready yet." I nodded at her statement,She handed me the piece of cloths she was holding,I accepted it,I slowly scanned it to find out it is actually a really nice elegant dress.

"I'm so proud of you,I feel so lucky to have you as a daughter,since today we're meeting his family,I want you to wear this dress I bought especially for this special day." She gently put her hand on my left shoulder,as the other held my chin and raised it up a bit,I can see her faint smile as she stared at me.

"You will be a good wife,I'm sure about it." I slowly nodded at her words,no wanting to add more,She soon pecked my forehead and led herself to the door.

"They will arrive after an hour,take your time getting ready. The last words I heard before she shut the door close,I heaved down a deep sigh and sat on the edge of my bed,I stared at the dark rosy dress on my lap.

You're going to get engaged,Nam Nari.

I hanged my dress behind the door as I took my steps to the bathroom,I slowly took my clothes off  and stood there naked,i slowly stepped in my warm bathtub and enjoyed the feeling of water taking over my whole body.

'Do you think your life will change after you get married Nam Nari?,It's like moving from this old dungeon to a new one,You think you will live your life freely?,Your soon-to-be-husband is from a royal family,They sure are some  thirsty people carving for perfection,don't you think?' A voice started to be heard  in my mind,I heaved a heavy sigh,knowing all of this is true.

Who am I?,I always ask myself.

'You're made to accept the planned life you are living through right now,You're made to agree on whatever people say,You're simply a nothing,A lifeless soul,a hopeless toy,trapped in this human body,you don't have a voice,you don't give your opinion,Simply,Nothing.' She continued,my eyes started getting blurry as my tears started falling.

'I didn't mean it,But you know that the truth has spoken and you need to swallow it,What do you want more then you have? Everything in your life is perfect,Your grades are perfect,You're always and was the graduated student until you finished collage,You always receive what you want from your parents,They always reward you on every thing you do,what do you need more?' The voice echoed in my head.

"Freedom,Lov-"

'Bullshit,bullshit,and bullshit,You will marry whoever that guy is,You will fall in love with him,you will have babies from him,and it continues until he gets bored of you,until he gets sick of you,until he orders a new one,You know that you don't have the right to reject anything right now.' The voice said,I stared at my reflection on the surface of the shiny water.

"But it's me who are they talking about,it's my body who they are talking about,it's my life who they are deciding about,it's my faith who they are trying to end,And I don't have the right to talk? I feel no use to be me,I'm a puppet who is living under its master.' I muttered to myself as I ran my hands into my hair.

I slowly took a deep breath as I forced myself to go underwater.

If I die,No one will care,because after all I'm a nothing.

If they care,it's simply because they lost access to use me.

Oh God it's my second time writing and I used a new type of writing rather then my old rushy ones,so how is it?

Guys give it a chance I promise you a lot of plot twist and surprises that will you may cry and maybe wanting to crush me like a can,but give it a try.
