The two kids ran after the dog all the way to an open field.
Then they saw the strangest, unexplainable thing ever. "What's that?" said Ann. She was looking at sort of a round, pointy plane. It looked like two plates put on top of each other. The object was standing on four legs that supported it.
"Is that?" said Ann freighted. "A spacecraft," said Peter in a low pitched voice. They ran to a bush and hid there. Both of the kids couldn't believe what they were looking at. Then, suddenly, a door opened from the spacecraft and smoke came out.
A man in an extremely white coat came out. He had ash in his face and thick glasses on, the kind of glasses you wear when you do an experiment. His hair was white and looked like a porcupine. Gently said, it was a mess. He looked exactly like one of the crazy scientists on the movie they just had watched.
Ann and Peter looked at each other. They had a bad feeling about this.
