Hello person who is actually gonna read this lmao probably no one, anyways this is a simple short story I wrote since the idea just came to me, the story is written in 3rd person, I don't usually write in 3rd person but gave it a go.
The two characters in this book won't have names, I just didn't feel it was necessary to give them any so the girl is known as She and the boy is known as He, you can give them names if you want to though.
Anyways enjoy the story.....

His Confession
She sat under the tree taking in the cold air that bristled against her cheeks, She was waiting for him. He always met her here, it was their go to place to meet up.
Her lips pinched into a thin line as the wind picked up, She didn't mind the cold but sometimes it did bother her anyways. She pulled at her black leather jacket cursing it, as it didn't protect her from the cold. If only she brought her thick coat.
He arrived huffing and puffing his soft brown hair tussled and messy, his dark chocolate eyes staring at her, today He was going to tell her how he really felt. He felt nervous as her ice blue eyes narrowed at his tardiness.
"Sorry I'm late I was kept back at the Cafe" He said referring to the cafe he worked at part time
"Don't worry, I wasn't here long" She says relaxing against the tree
He sat next to her, a small waft of her perfume hit his nose which almost made him groan at how sweet it smelt. She leaned her head on his shoulder, her heart fluttering as He wrapped an arm around her pulling her closer to him.
His own heart pounded profusely against his chest, He was afraid She might hear it.
"So" He began his voice almost drifting away with the wind
"Do you remember how we met" He asked with a smile on his face
She nodded, of course she remembered, it was not something She could forget.
"You sat under this tree and a bird decided to take a dump on your head" He says laughing at the memory of her mortified face
"And you helped me" She says softly smiling as He was still laughing
"Yeah but you refused to accept it and you even tried to wipe the birds crap on me" He says laughing even more which made her heart feel light
"But after a while I finally gave in and let you help me" She says the smile still on her face
He wasn't laughing anymore and his heart was in a continuous thump. Her smile made his day, He was glad that he could make her smile like that.
"I can't believe that was three years ago" She says
"Time sure flies by" He answers looking at the sky hoping he would find the courage he needed
"Do you remember the time when that girl pushed you into the pond" She says now laughing
His face went a bright red remembering a little girl pushing him into the small pond which was near them, He had trouble getting out and it was truly embarrassing.
"I thought you promised not to bring that up again" He says as She continued to laugh
"I'm sorry but I had to" She says calming herself down
