It had only been a day since Zayn left and Niall already missed him. It wasn't like they were hanging out daily when he was still there but Niall felt him closer, if that made any sense. Plus, the timezone problem already pissed him off.

They already skyped two times. One when Zayn arrived to the hotel and one when Niall was half asleep and he didn't even remember what they were talking about. Being four in the morning for Niall and eight in the afternoon for Zayn.

Niall was currently in the local cafe, sipping on his cappuccino as Harry ranted about a romantic date Louis took him the previous night. Though, Niall just kept checking his phone, hoping for a text from Zayn or even a skype call, that'd work too. Then again, Zayn was probably on stage at the moment so he shouldn't been waiting.

"And at the end, he randomly kneeled down in front of me and proposed, Niall. He fucking proposed!" Harry said excited, taking Niall's attention with what he said.

"For real? Oh my God, Harry! That's amazing!Congratulations!" The male said as he got up and pulled his best friend into a tight hug.

"Thank you so much, Ni. " Harry whispered, hugging the other boy back.

"I'm so happy for you two." Niall grinned and sat back down on his chair.

As usual, Niall ended up recording a video to tell his viewers the good news with Harry talking about that date once again and Niall couldn't help but be happy for his friend.

But Niall almost dropped his camera when he heard his phone but thankfully he didn't. He placed it on the table before grabbing his phone and noticing a Snapchat notification. The male grinned when he noticed that it was from Zayn. He probably replied to the one Niall sent him in the morning when he went for shopping.

Niall blushed a little and smiled widely as he saw what Zayn sent him. It was a selfie of him, laying on the bed with headphones one and 'very handsome' was written on it.

He didn't bother to reply. Instead, he opened the Skype app and called Zayn. He had probably finished his show since he had the time to go on Snapchat.

Soon enough, Zayn appeared in Niall's screen, giving him a small smile,"Hi Ni. " He said, seeming all tired and Niall regretted calling him. He should had left him rest.

"Hi, I'm sorry if I'm bothering you. Just wanted to see how the concert was." Niall said, holding his phone in front of him as he fixed his hair a little.

But before Zayn could reply, Harry jumped by Niall."Zayn! I'm getting married!" He yelled.

Niall rolled his eyes a little as Zayn chuckled quietly."Congratulations Harry, wish the best for you two." He said and Harry thanked him before Niall pushed him -as gently as he could back in his chair.

"So?How was it?"

"It was fine but I got a little tired." he nodded with a small yawn.

"Yeah, obviously. You should go to sleep. We'll talk tomorrow, I can stay up. I don't have anything else to do anyway." Niall said with a nod.

"I don't think I can when I wake up. I have an interview in the morning. "

"oh, er. After it then?" Niall asked hopefully.

"Soundcheck. " Zayn replied with a sigh.

Niall frowned a little but nodded anyway."When you have time then.."

"But I have some good news also." Zayn said as he rolled on his stomach, resting his phone against the pillow.

"Really? What's it?" Niall asked with a small smile.

"I will attend some awards in London this Saturday, so I'll come a little earlier. I'll leave again on Sunday though but still." Zayn said, watching Niall in his phone.

"Oh my god! That's great then! At least, we'll meet. Even if it's just for a few minutes. "

Zayn shook his head, "More. I want you to come there with me-I mean, to be there backstage. " he said, rubbing his face lightly."I'm performing a new song and I'm kinda nervous so, I'd like it if you were there with me that day." he added.

Niall smiled gently and nodded."Yes. Yes, of course I will come."

"Okay, good." Zayn smiled and yawned small. "I should sleep, babe. I'll try to call you tomorrow though."

"Okay, " Niall said gently."Goodnight, Zayn. "

With that, they hung up.

"What am I gonna wear? What people who go to awards show wear? Especially the ones backstage? What am I gonna do? Should I get a haircut?"

Harry couldn't help but laugh at his best mate, shaking his head a little. "Chill Niall, yeah? You have four or so days for that."

"They're not enough!" Niall said, already freaking out at the idea of people laughing at him for his clothes or hair. Then again he shouldn't care about the others but only for Zayn's opinion. That didn't make him any less nervous, though.

He had to look all good like all the people that attended those shows. Then again, Zayn made it clear that Niall would just be backstage. He wouldn't walk down the red carpet nor would the cameras record him. Basically no one would no he would be there. And why would someone care anyway? There were gonna be way many celebrities and Niall just needed to relax.
