You feel as if the world is on your shoulders.
Piece by piece you keep falling down.
Where is the love you say in this hopeless world.
You feel the pain of thorns in your crown.
...
The burden is so overwhelming.
"How can I be free?"
You rage in anger and you cry at night.
You feel alone and you say, "Who can save me?"
...
Then you feel someone place His hand on your shoulder.
Child, I can hear you screaming in your dreams.
Come to me and I will give you peace.
You feel your tears flowing into streams.
...
But the deceptions of the dark make you deaf of His voice.
You say, "It's all over for me!"
And you keep on thinking of making
that choice.
"Why can't I just be free?"
....
The pain, the hopelessness rattle your bones.
You want to end this suffering.
You make the decision and you tear your skin.
You feel yourself indepth and sinking.
...
You think what your doing is not enough.
You want to force your The End.
The color red pours down at the side of your arms.
But you hear a voice of a friend.
...
Right before you do it you feel a tear drop on your face.
Child can't you see that I love you?
You look up at Him and He hugs you fiercely.
You know the love that you are feeling is true.
...
"You do not have to shed your blood," He says.
While at the cross I shed mine for you.
I have felt your pain that you go through.
Remember that I'll always
love you.
...
For God only gives you so much that you can handle.
I will always be beside you.
Anything is possible with me.
So please my child,
you are already free.
