The First Love (A Laurmau FanFic)

Baby bump

I look down at my baby bump, which has now grown so much, I'm now 4 mouths and three weeks pregnant. I feel two strong arms wrap around me,
"The nursery looks great love" Laurence mutters to me as I set the final stuffed animal down. The pastel pink room with purple accents is now done, I picked out the colors and everything else, well Laurence assembled and put the furniture in.
"Couldn't have done it without-" I stop as I feel small flutters in my belly and a smile spreads onto my face "Laurence look, she's kicking!" I exclaim and grab his hand, placing it on the spot where she is kicking. His eyes almost instantly light up as he feels the small kicks, she is not very active, our doctor says she is asleep most the time, a few babies are like that.
Knock knock
"I can get it Laurence" I say and untangle myself from his arms.
"Okay" he responds as I waddle to the front door to find a worried Garroth.
"Aphmau! Good to see you and the little one doing well... Is Laurence home?" He says with a forced smile.
"Good to see you too Garroth, yeah he is" I turn and yell for Laurence "HONEY! GARROTH NEEDS TO TALK TO YOU!"
"What's up?" Laurence says as his head pops out from behind the wall and walks over to us.
"Lord Nicole of Scaleswind has requested the presence of me, you, and Dante, since Aphmau here is unfit for journey." He says and I just glare at him.
"How long will we be there for?" Laurence asks.
"That's the thing... I know we will be there for a few mouths at the least, but if things get worse up their... We will be longer..." Garroth sighs, worry starts to run through my mind.
"What has happened?! Is everything okay?" I ask, worrying for my old friend.
"They recently had a 'small' dispute with another village, and that village ended up attacking them, damaging their village greatly." Garroth responds.
"I'm coming with you guys then, I'm going to see if I can help with anything-" I start to say but am cut off by Laurance.
"Aphmau, it's a long journey from here, also you are almost five mouths pregnant! It's not a good idea for you to go..." Laurence states, looking worried, I sigh knowing what he is saying is true.
"I'm sorry Lord Aphmau, but I have to side with Laurence with this one" Garroth mutters well I cross my arms over my chest.
"Fine..." I huff, annoyed.
"Thank you babe" Laurence says well kissing my cheek "let me get ready, I will meet you back at the guard satiation once I am ready." Garroth nods and takes his leave. I close the door and turn to Laurence.
"Your going to have to send me a letter every week" I state "and force Nicole to send me one as well, and if you get stuck there for longer then three mouths.... I-"
"Don't worry love, I will make sure that I'm not there longer then three months, I will be here when the baby comes, I promise." Laurence says before he pulls me into a kiss, being carful of my baby bump.
"... Okay..." I sigh once he pulls away "just be carful Laurence, I don't know what I do without you..."
"I know Aph, I know."
