Lucy's P.O.V
This morning (the day after Logan arrived) I woke up late, yay. So I skipped breakfast, simple. My motorbike seemed to have the 'need for speed' today, nothing to do with me. Instead of taking 30mins to get to school we were there in 10. Impressive if I do say so myself.
PLAYER were already at their locker so I ditched my stuff with my bike before making my way to my first lesson - Gym.
Now the one thing that gets everyone confused, is that not only am I incredibly good in gym despite being a nerd, no one ever sees me in the changing room yet I come out with everyone else. Why, am I good at gym? That's the bit I'm sure your all stuck on. Well, maybe not. It's simple really: it's the fact that I don't try to hide myself, although I cover up and make myself seem slightly fat. I refuse to be bad at the one subject I love with all my heart. Besides this stuff is basic.
The first thing I see, walking into the sports hall is Logan Keel's smirking face. Of course a PLAYER just has to be in this class. Notice my sarcasm. Oh well, time to show him what I've got.
"Hey, nerd, why you looking so happy," Jason ,a jock shouted.
"Oh I see, you've got your crush in this class now, don't ya!" another boy shouted winking at Logan.
"Your just jealous that she's better than you," Coach Lament, came to my rescue. She smirked. "It's time some girl power got in here, to show you boys what we're made of!"
I officially like this Coach. A quick glance at Logan showed him looking shocked. Why? Oh yeah, I'm better than the boys. Not to sound arrogant or anything.
"Well, I bet she can't beat me," the prick sniggered, harshly.
"Well in matter of fact she has beaten all of your records, including your entry tests AND your fitness test," Coach smiles. Go me!
Logan's smirk drops off his face. "But, the only person who could do that was..." his whisper trails off.
Coach, watching me gulp sighs.
"What did you say Keel?"
"What me?" he fakes innocents. Coach nods. "Nothing!"
"Are you trying out this year?" A new Coach, Coach Randy, joins the conversation.
"Yeah, football, rugby, baseball, athletics, swimming ,basketball, hockey and spy camp," Logan tells him.
" I'm surprised you know what Spy Camp is Keel," Randy speaks in his deep voice.
"Of course Coach, it's only the most advance gym set for people 16- 18, where you learn all sorts of skills, such as self defence, boxing it even has academic courses, as in tracking, mapping, planning missions etc... Not that I need any of that, not from where I've been," Logan laughs.
"Keel, where have you been?" Randy asks politely. Logan carries on talking to the girl bridegroom as if he's never spoken.
Is he ashamed of the FBI, MI5, MI6 and all the other agency's we've worked for over that last few years, I wonder more than slightly confused.
"Lets get to work then," Coach Lament yells.
"Girls, 50 squats, push ups, sit ups then 100 jumping jack! GO, GO, GO!" She shouts at us.
I begin swiftly, finishing my sit ups before some people have even got to their push ups.
