When I woke up, Billy was gone. This isn't new. He always disappears in the mornings. Dr. Norman gave me my breakfast. Dr. Norman isn't as nice as Dr. Susie. He doesn't even talk to me. He acts like I'm not even human. I'm not dumb because I know he hates me.
After I ate breakfast, I got to go for a walk in the courtyard. It was sunny today, and Billy walked with me. I noticed that someone wasn't at the courtyard today, so I asked Dr. Susie, "Where's Joseph?" She smiled and said, "Don't worry. He is in a more peaceful state of mind." I thought nothing of this response at the time, so I said, "Ok. Thank you, ma'am." She replied, "No problem. Go back to enjoying the sunlight." With that, I kept walking and talking to Billy. After an hour or so, my mind wandered back to Joseph's disappearance. The nurses walked me back to my room, but Billy didn't follow. He's been acting strangely today.
