Long Time No See

I Promised

So yesterday I promised Levy I was gonna try to get a job and move in with her and always protect her. So instead of going to school today I am driving around looking for any stores with a hiring sign. I could work with my mom at her flower shop but she is going to be pestering me all day. So I took a shower and put on my red muscle shirt,black jeans with my black boots and my hair in a ponytail. I got into the car and Levy called me.

Gajeel:Hello

Levy:Gajeel are you okay why aren't you at school

Gajeel:Sorry Shrimp I forgot to tell you that I was missing a day of school to look for a job

Levy:Oh well please let me know next time you almost made me have a heartattack

Gajeel:Yes mom

Levy:I am not acting like a mother I just care about you

Gajeel:I know I was just kidding

Levy:I love you Gajeel

Damn it Levy why do you have to say things like that make me feel all weird and stuff. Why do I feel like this am I in love with her? Do I really love her more that I say?

(As he drive the memories of her laughing and be there for him appear in his mind and it makes him happy after a while he spots a store with a hiring sign. It's a laid back sports store while pulling up in the parking space he spots a friend from school)

Gajeel:Wassup Laxus

Laxus:Sup Iron Bite what ya doing here

Gajeel:I need a job bro

Laxus:Well Shit ya hired

Gajeel:Damn it's that easy

Laxus:Well can you work a cash register

Gajeel:I don't know

Laxus:Close enough you're hired you start tomorrow at 4pm

Laxus:Bye

(While driving he called Levy to tell her the good news )

Levy:OMG! Gajeel I'm so proud of you.

Gajeel:I know right I start tomorrow

Levy:That's awesome we need to celebrate let's say meet me at The Joint in an hour

Gajeel:You're on

(He drove to The Joint once he stepped out the car he spots Levy drinking a strawberry milkshake while awaiting his arrival through the window he walks in and greeted Levy by saying)

Gajeel:Is that seat taken

Levy:Ye...

(As soon as she saw him she greeted him with a hug and a punch in the arm)

Gajeel:Hey what's that for

Levy:For making me worry about you jerk

Gajeel:But I already apologized

Levy:I know( laughs )

( when they sat down they began talking about how would it work if Gajeel begin living with Levy)

Gajeel:So I'll be sleeping in your room

Levy:If you think that you gotta another thing coming

Gajeel:I'm just joking I'll sleep on the couch til I'll be able to afford a matress

Levy:Why can't you the one at your house

Gajeel:Since I'm moving out she is going to rent my room to make some extra money

Levy:Oh

( While sitting in silence she finally came up with an idea that can make this whole moving-in situation not strange anymore)

Levy:Gajeel!

Gajeel:Why are you yelling I'm right here

Levy:Spend the night with me tonight

Gajeel:What..

Levy:Spend the night over my apartment

Gajeel:Why

Levy:It's weird preparing for you to stay with me for good and we don't know how it's going to be like where are you going to sleep who is going to cook are we going to split the chores or am I going to be the woman of the house and have to clean up everything and cook

Gajeel:Hey shrimp I'm kind of offended are you saying that I can't take care of myself we don't have to split anything up the only thing we can do together is pay bills you don't have to do anything for me keep in mind the only reason why I'm moving in is to protect you no other reason.....

( she begins to tear up then stands up and threw the rest of her milkshake in his face and said)

Levy:Gajeel I was just trying to make things easier I wasn't trying to offend you but if you feel like that you don't have to move in with me at all

( She stormed off angrily making him feel very bad about everything he has said so he ran out the house I stopped her at her car)

Gajeel:Levy

Levy:Wha....

(Before she can complete her sentence he grabbed her face and kissed her forehead and drop to his knees while holding her)

Gajeel: I didn't mean everything I said back there I promise you I didn't

Levy:What did you mean then

Gajeel: I'm looking forward to moving in with you and once I get in I will never let you out of my sight
