A Disney Dream

d a y 2

I woke up with a yawn. My mind quickly replayed the events of last night.

We arrived at our rooms in the hotel and went our separate ways into our rooms. My mum planned for us to go onto the water rides today and on Sunday, which was the day before we left for home. Other rides will be rode on between the two days but that'll be decided when it happens.

I rose from my pillows and rubbed my eyes. The clock said 9:46 am. I dragged myself off my bed and across the room to where I set out my new bathing suit. Locking people out of the washroom, I got undressed and took a shower.

When I finished up I slipped on the bathing suit and started to blow dry my hair. While doing all this, I thought of what happened on the Ferris wheel.

"You didn't answer my question."

"I honestly have no idea."

Once my hair seemed fit to go outside with, I quickly pulled it back into a loose ponytail and grabbed my used clothing and walked back into the room. My mum was up, she was looking at her phone, and didn't look up when I walked past her and tossed my clothes in a pile beside my suitcase. I chose a pair of multicoloured flip flops and slid them on my feet. Jumping up to sit on my bed, I asked, "So when are we heading out to got the water rides?"

Mum looks over at me, "We'll eat breakfast and decide where to go from there. I'll get a map and pick out all of the major log flume rides and a few of the water slides that we'll go to." She paused for a moment, "Mr and Mrs. Bradley wondered if we could take Adam and Georgia along with us, as they wanted to just relax at one of the pools."

I started to imagine Adam shirtless, but quickly put that thought away to reply with a "Yep, sounds great!"

My mum quickly changed into her bathing suit and put some shorts on over top. She grabbed her shoes and we walked down into the lobby where they were holding a breakfast buffet in one of the halls.

We navigated our way through the lines and were able to get our plates of food before finding a place to sit.
Searching the room, we saw the Bradley's sitting at a 6 person table, waving us over there. I sat next to Adam with my mother in front of me beside Mrs. Bradley.

I couldn't help but notice what Adam was wearing. He had a tight tank top type shirt on, which was white and pair of blue swimming trunks. But the were words that cut off my staring.

"-thanks for being able to take Georgia and Adam with you around the park. We really appreciate what you're doing." Mrs. Bradley was saying

"Oh it's no problem, those two and Catherine seem to already become pretty good friends." She actually said while Adam poked me in the side so I squealed a little and poked him back.

The rest of them laughed at that.

Breakfast went on with a friendly conversation with topics such as celebrities, movies, tv shows, the occasional laugh at some joke someone told. Though once everyone had finished, we parted ways with Mr and Mrs. Bradley and started making our way to the closest water flume ride.

It seemed really long, and wet (obviously) though there was only two per "log" so Georgia rushed to ask my mum if she could ride with her, and looked back at me with a twinkle in her eye. I gave her a small glare, she is just purposely trying to get her brother with me.

Not that I'm truly complaining, Adam is hot. I can tell by his arms that he works out, but I think he has to, to keep up his endurance. Georgia had said that both her and her brother were in hockey.

Once we were strapped into the seat, we started moving automatically. It wasn't too much of a tight squeeze but it was pretty awkward when we rested our hands in the same place accidentally. Otherwise, it went okay, though I may or may not have used Adam as a shield from the last huge wave of water, in which he was soaked from head to toe. I laughed as he shook out his hair and wrung out the water from his shirt. He wasn't amused after that one, though when Georgia saw him, she was laughing right along with me.
