Otonokizaka High School is announced to be closing down after everyone graduates due to a lack of applicants, much to the shock of second year student Kousaka Honoka, who loves the school. Her classmates and friends, Sonoda Umi and Minami Kotori, try to think of a way to make the school more attractive to prospective students. Honoka is surprised when she finds that her little sister is planning to apply to a different school, , instead of Otonokizaka. Honoka decides to investigate UTX, where she finds it has a lot of students due a school idol group known as . Honoka then comes up with an idea to save the school.
