Marinette was interrupted by a scream. Akuma! She thought. "You guys need to follow me! We need to find somewhere safe and not in the open!" Marinette yelled and led them to her Patisserie.

"Here. This is my parents' Patisserie. It's safe here. I'll be right back." She ran up to her bedroom, put her diary in its box, went around the back and transformed.

Ladybug swung towards the sound of screaming. Chat Noir was already there. "I never knew I would go towards screaming and find you here!" Ladybug joked.

"Well, my fans love me." Chat said. Ladybug rolled her eyes. "Sure they do." Back at the bakery....

"I'm bored! When is Marinette getting back?" Max exclaimed. Felix sighed. "Any moment now." Lily looked at Felix worried. "Do you think she got caught up with the Akuma? Adrien left to go after her, maybe he got caught up too!" She exclaimed.

"Calm down, Lily. It's probably nothing. Traffic might have held them up." Simon reassured her. "Let's split up and look for them. Felix can take north, I'll get south, Lily, you get west, and Max gets east." Simon said.

Everyone mumbled agreement and went off on their own. Felix stalked away like usual, Lily had an extra bounce to her step, Max was punching the air, and Simon was the calmest.

Lily, Simon, and Max managed to run into each other and decided they would look for Felix too. They saw an old man in a funny Hawaiian shirt with blue denim shorts.

He was holding a suitcase and a cane. The man fell and dropped his cane and briefcase. They all rushed forward to help him. Max helped him up, Lily got his suitcase, and Simon got his cane.

"Sir, are you okay? Here you are." Lily asked and handed him his suitcase. The man shook his head yes. "Thank you, young lady. However can I repay you?" Simon handed him his cane.

"Aha! You can have a pick from my merchandise for free!" The old man opened the suitcase and brought out a couple boxes. "Have your pick. All of you."

Lily smiled and started looking along with Simon and Max. Max's attention was snagged on a black box with blue outlines. Simon looked at purple outlined box and Lily a yellow one.

"May we take these?" Lily asked and each of them held up their box. "Why, of course! Take them! A nice choice indeed." He said. They said their thanks and left.

"Alright. I think we should split up again." Simon said. "It'll be better." The others silently agreed and went in their directions. They just had this weird feeling. (You mean the author is being lazy?)

Lily sat down at a cafe and opened her box slowly. What she saw was a beautiful yellow bracelet with five charms. They were black music notes. Lily slowly slipped it on, forgetting about the world around her.

When she did that a bright yellow light flashed and a yellow thing came out of it. "Ah! What are you!?" She screeched. It had a round yellow head with a black music music note on its back and around its right eye.

"I am a Kwami and my name is Weather. It is so very nice to meet you. You are now the holder of my Miraculous." The Kwami, Weather, extended a nub(?) and I took it with my index finger and thumb gently.

"A what? Can you just explain this to me, please." Lily asked confused. The Kwami sighed. "You are a superhero now and your name is Melody. You will work with Ladybug and Chat Noir."
