Day Five Skating

Tristan's POV

I woke up still refusing sore from playing with Jada. Especially my scalp. She had basically pulled my hair the whole time! I sighed and got up,stretching,before walking out the room. I wonder if she's calm again. I walked over to her door and silently opened it. I looked around to see she isn't running around the place. I looked on the bed and smirked at what I saw. Yugi is curled up around Jada,both asleep and purring. Dang,I wish I have my camera....,I thought before silently closing the door back. I walked down the stairs and started to smell something.

I walked into the kitchen to see Téa cooking. "Hey Té-" the next thing I knew was a spatula coming straight at my face. I yelped in pain before holding my face. "What was that for!?" I exclaimed,still holding my face. "I'm sorry! You shouldn't have scared me!" She said before sighing and going back to cooking. I glared at her,a large spatula mark on my face.

After a minute I sighed and walked out of the kitchen,toward the table in the small dinning room. At the table I saw Joey sitting there. He looked over at me. "Hey Joe." I greeted as u sat across from him. "Hey." He greeted back with a smirk. "So was it fun keeping a hyped up kitty company?" He questioned.

I paled before shivering. "It wasn't even CLOSE to being fun." I said through gritted teeth and Joey started too laugh. Once he stopped I started telling him how crazy Jada was acting. He laughed through almost everything I said. Right when Téa started putting breakfast on the table Yugi and Jada waled in,still as kittens. Téa looked at them and said,"about you two came out. What have you been doing?" She asked as she crossed her arms.

"Sleep." Jada pipped up and Yugi nodded. "And probably something else." Joey said with a grin and I chuckled. "Yea,we were still asleep until she smelled breakfast then woke me up..." Yugi said with a yawn before jumping on the chair. "But why are ya still a kitten?" Joey asked with an raised eyebrow. "Because Jada won't let me turn back." He replied flatly as Jada jumped in a chair beside him. "Oh? Why not?" I questioned as I looked over at Jada.

"Because he's more fun as a kit!" She said cheerfully before licking her lips when Téa placed a stack of strawberry pancakes in front if her. She then placed a stack of blueberry pancakes in front of Yugi. "Wow! My favorite,thanks!" Yugi thanked in a cheerful tone. "No problem." Téa said with a smile before taking her seat beside Joey. "Hmmm....hey,where's gramps?" I questioned while looking around. Wouldn't he be down here already?

"I'm right here sonny." I jumped when I heard a voice beside me and I started to hear Yugi and Jada giggling. I turned to my left to see gramps was beside me,at the end of the table,reading a newspaper while eating eggs and bacon. "Wh-when did you get here?" I stuttered. I don't remember him coming down stairs. He stopped eating and looked at me. "I came down here while you were talking about last night."" He answered.

"Oh." Was all I could think of to say. "What? When Tristy was playing with me!?" Jada asked. "Tristy?" Téa questioned. "What? It was either that or pencil head!" Yugi chuckled at that. Téa looked at me,waiting for me to answer. I sighed,"she stgadted calling me that randomly when-" "-we were playing tag!" Jada interrupted with a bright, hyper smile. "Yea....tag." I said,crossing my arms.

"Was she chasing you around the room or something?" Téa questioned. "Yeeeeea."

"She catch ya?" Joey asked leaning close to me. "Yeeeees." I answered,getting uncomfortable. "What happened when she did?" Téa asked,curiously. "I don't want to say..." I replied. "I wrestled with him and won! We also painted together! He was painting sheep for me! Then he got angry for some reason so I tied him up with happy rope!"
