When I sat down he didn't say anything. He had his head down the whole class. I saw him in the window before I walked in. Maybe he's just having a bad day I thought to myself. The teacher handed out microscopes and explained to everyone that we would be doing this experiment with the person beside us. For a moment we sat there in awkward silence. He was so cute it made me nervous. Without making eye contact he said I'm not very good at science just warning you. I laughed with him. It's ok so am I, I told him. Grayson he said smiling.
