2.o - run

You are my only sun, one and only in the world. I bloomed for you, but I'm still getting thirsty. It's too late, too late. I can't live without you. Though my branch runs dry, I reach for you with all my strength...

"Hyung!" I remembered hearing Jaehyun shouting as he opened the rooftop door and I then let my body fall off the building.

It's been 2 days since my death and I still can't find Sihyun. I'm sitting at the edge of the building where I fell to my death in order to see Sihyun. There were many other spirits roaming around, but, none of them are Sihyun. I can't find her, I don't know where she is. What if Sihyun's not roaming around Earth?

It's too late for me to find her. Too late for me to get to her. But, I can't live without her, I need her.

All of the sudden, the sun appeared in the dark sky. I wasn't sure if I was the only one able to see this, or it's happening like very where. But, no one was affected by it. The only ones that are in shock were the spirits that were roaming the streets.

As I looked at the sun, I saw a reflection of Sihyun's face.

"Sihyun!" I shouted. I then tried to reach for her with all my strength. Even though the sun was burning my eyes, I used all of the strength.

No matter how far I reach for you, it is just an empty dream. No matter how crazy I run, I remain in the same place. Just burn me! Yes, push me out! This is crazy fool's love running...

Despite using all my strength, I couldn't reach for Sihyun. It feels like she's only a dream and she wasn't there. I then saw the Sun growing smaller and fell onto Earth.

The Sun's form then changed into Sihyun, she was looking in my direction and I immediately ran out of the building and went towards her.

"Sihyun!" I shouted at her with a smile as I saw her standing there with a worried expression.

However, as I ran, I wasn't getting closer nor was I getting further. I was in the same place. As if something wasn't allowing us to get to each other.

As I looked at other spirits passing by her, their skin seems to be affected by hers. They seemed to be burning.

Why doesn't it burn me? Why can't she just burn me and make me leave Earth?

I eventually stopped running when I saw her shook her head. "Stop running," I saw her mouthing the words to me in sadness. "Stop."

Let me run more, please let me run more. Even though my feet are full of scars, I smile whenever I see you...

"No," I said and begged her to allow me to run.

She shook her head and pointed at my feet. There were scars appearing as if I've run for miles. I looked back at her and I could see her eyes wanting to tear up.

"Please don't cry," I said to her. "Let me get to you, don't push me out anymore. I just want to be happy because I only smile when I see you."

Let's run again! I can't stop running. Let's run again! I can't help running. Only thing I can do is run. Only thing I can do is love you...

All of the sudden, the both of us then began running to each other. But, we there wasn't any improvements in the distance between us. The streets seemed to be like a treadmill, making it impossible for us to reach one another.
