March turned around and punched the guard escorting him, a crime punishable by death. He grabbed it's gun and shot it in the face, he then ran to the cell blocks.
Maddie was scared to death and was sitting on the ground with her knees up to her chest.
"March get me out now!" June yelled at March, to this March stuck his tongue out and ran to the door controls and saw Maddie. "Hey, I'm gonna get us out!" With that he opened all the doors.
June ran out and stole a knocked out guards pistol. March looked at June and gave him the gun in exchange for the pistol.
Maddie ran out and followed March and June as they ran down the hallways. "Let's get out of here now!" June shouted.
March then picked up Maddie and entered the escape pod room. "Let's go!" June ordered as he entered an escape pod as March put Maddie into it and fired at the incoming guards. Maddie watched as March shut the door and slammed the launch button. "It's okay now, we're free." He said to her calmly.
June walked up to Maddie and asked. "What is your name?"
"M-Maddie." She responded shakily, "ok, Maddie we're all slaves here, we will look after you." June looked at March. "Let's go."
March sat in the cockpit and the ship jumped to a random system.
Maddie was still holding her knees up to her chest as June put his arm around her. "It's ok now." June said as the ship appeared orbiting a star. Maddie held onto June.
"It's ok, before we were slaves March and I were in a mercenary guild." June said to Maddie who in reply said. "I'm scared."
June rubbed her arm and reassured her in a soft tone. "Nothing will hurt you."
