Wandering the streets, 7 boys were having the time of their lives. Young, Wild and Free to do what their hearts desired. Laughing it up and enjoying their time together. These 7 boys were the best of friends. Nothing could tear them apart. At least that's what was going through their heads at the time. In the midst of enjoying the moment, Jin, one of the 7, began to feel something building up in his chest. The feeling was heavy and almost like the world was closing in on him. It felt as though he was drowning. He didn't know why he was feeling this way. The feeling had come so suddenly. He couldn't think of why or how it had come about. He looked around where he then noticed that he had fallen a little behind. Yoongi, another one of the boys turned and noticed Jin and paused to wait for his friend.
"You okay Jin?" He asked the baffled boy.
Jin looked up at his curious friend and gave him a reassuring smile.
"Ne. I'm fine." He said even though he was feeling quite the opposite. Yoongi smiled and gave the older boy a pat on the back. Jin walked faster to catch up with the others. He put his arms around the closest boys to him which happened to be the maknaes of the group, V and Jungkook. He ruffled each of the boys heads and gave them each a smile and looked straight ahead. Once again the fun atmosphere had returned and Jin had soon forgotten about what he had felt just moments ago. He let go of the boys and continued walking wherever it was they were headed. They finally arrived back to their shared apartment moments later and Jin let out a sigh. The rest coming in and making themselves comfortable. Some on the couch that was against the far end wall of the living room and the rest spread across the floor. They were all still sharing the same happy and carefree vibes from earlier and chatting away about what they could do the next day. Jin smiled at the sight of all the boys happy and enjoying each other's company. Turning to go to the kitchen, suddenly a black blur zoomed past Jin. For a moment it almost seemed like it was a butterfly. Jin shook his head. 'I must be tired.' He thought to himself. He grabbed a glass of water and made his way back to the others. He noticed that Namjoon, Jungkook, V and Hoseok had fallen asleep. Soft snores came from the sleeping boys. Jin shook his head, amused at the sight and then sat down on the couch right in between the 2 who were still awake, Yoongi and Jimin.
"So Jin, How's the girlfriend." Jimin teased. Jin groaned in response not knowing how to reply. Lately his relationship with his girlfriend was...well....complicated. Jin turned towards Jimin and let out a deep sigh. Yoongi looking at both boys with curiosity.
"I don't know. I just don't know. I can't seem to get anything right with her." Jin stated, rubbing the back of his neck. Jimin and Yoongi intrigued by what the older boy had said, they urged him to continue.
"I give her flowers, she gets mad. I don't get her flowers, she gets mad. I take her out on dates, she gets furious. I don't take her out, I'm yelled at. It's so FRUSTRATING!!" Jin vented. The 2 boys looked at each other and gave Jin apologetic smiles.
"Why don't you just break up?" Jimin suggested. Jin's eyes widened and felt a pain in his chest. He met eyes with Jimin and shook his head.
"I can't do that! Even if it is hard, I know we can make it work!" Jin expressed with a desperate tone. 'I love her' He thought to himself. Jimin put his hand on Jin's shoulder and comforted him. Yoongi sighed and did the same. Jin silently thanked his friends and stood up. He walked the short distance between where he was and his room. He didn't bother changing and fell on his bed. His mind then started to wander. Suddenly a buzzing sensation was coming from his back pocket. He grabbed his phone and saw that it was her. Why would she be calling this late, he thought. He quickly answered and her voice filled the silence.
"Please come over. It's urgent." He heard her say in a demanding manner. He agreed and soon he was out the door to meet up with his love. A million thoughts ran through his head. What could it be that he needed to be there? What was so important. He was so worried he hadn't realized he had already arrived. He knocked on the door in front of him and before he put his hand down, she stood before him.
"is....is something wrong?" he questioned. The girl in front of him closed her eyes tightly and inhaled deeply. Opening her eyes she slowly began to exhale and gave Jin an intense stare.
"Let's break up." She said to him after a few seconds of silence. Jin's eyes widened. Shocked to hear those words come out of her mouth. He opened to say something but nothing came out. Those words finally sunk in, feeling his heart go heavy.
"W-why?" He stuttered. The girl sighed and explained to him that the relationship was going nowhere and she had found someone new. Jin was at a loss of words. This was the last thing he wanted. He stood there frozen. Not sure of what to do. He needed to get out of there. He walked backwards slowly and then spun around and ran. By then tears had been streaming down his face. He knew that they were having a bit of problems but he had thought that they would be able to work through whatever it was they were going through.
*******Time Skip*******
It had been 2 weeks since that unfortunate event. Jin tried his best to get over it but he just couldn't take it anymore. His friends knew that he wasn't doing so well even though he had tried to fake happiness. All of them tried to help Jin the best they could to get overcome. Frustrated with his feelings Jin made his way to the bathroom. He splashed water on his face and looked at himself in the mirror. His skin was dull and he had deep dark circles under his eyes. He looked and felt like a zombie. He contemplated what he was going to do next. He was sick of everything. Sick of not being able to get over a silly heartbreak. Jin felt useless. Looking at himself at the mirror once again he proceeded to do what he had concluded in his mind. He slid the bathroom's mirror and grabbed the first bottle he laid eyes on. Opening it slowly he had a moment of hesitation but swiftly poured them in his hands. One small look at them and then threw them in his mouth. He grabbed the cup that was by the sink, filled it with water and drank it to make the pills go down easier. Soon he started to cough. He cleared his throat and made his way to his bed. He began to feel the effects of the pills and soon he was drifting into a deep sleep. A few moments later, Jin woke up and shook out the drowsiness. He cursed at his failed attempt. He then grabbed his coat and car keys and quickly made his way to the boys' shared car. Jin didn't have a clue where he was going but he didn't care. He just needed to get away. Suddenly he started to feel drowsy and couldn't keep his eyes open. He tried to shake the feeling away. Suddenly, just like days before, he saw a black blur pass him and this time he caught sight that it truly was a butterfly but as soon as he saw it, he also noticed bright lights up ahead and acting quickly, he swerved away then everything went black...
