Reese was sleeping when her cuckoo clock went off at 5 a.m. She set it last knight because she was leaving to thorn ridge. Reese grabbed her bag, opened the window, and stepped onto the roof.
She lived in the attic of her families 2 story house. The Knights were a big family. She was the oldest of 3 children. Willow age 5 the youngest. The optimistic one. Brian age 9 the middle child. The brainy one. And Reese age 11 the oldest. The adventurous one and can not stay out of trouble.
As she stepped on the roof the door to her bedroom flung open. A small figure ran to her bed and jumped on it, but stopped and looked around the room.
