Angie's POV

The next morning, I had to drop off Izzy to cheer practice which she will stay there for the rest of the day.

I got up and put on a tee shirt and sweat pants. I peeked in her room to find her zipping up her bag. "You have everything?" I ask as we head downstairs.

She nods. We tip toed pass the guys trying not to wake them up. When we were outside, I saw Joey sitting on a bench down the road.

"Am I taking the bus?" She asked noticing me staring near the bus station.

"Uh yea. I hope you don't mind. I'm saving up for car and when I get it you and I will be cruisin down the street in my 6-4," I laugh.

We then made our way up the street. "Hey loner with a boner," I say to him as I sit down next to him.

"Hey," he sighs. "Are you waiting for a bus?" I ask since I saw his bags with him.

"I got accepted into NYU and they are calling back 12 upcoming freshman to spend the rest of the summer there to prepare and stuff," he explained.

"So no Jo Jo for the rest of summer!" I exclaim. He nods. Then his bus pulls up.

"Bye Joey. I love you. Good luck up there I heard it gets pretty cold," I whispered in his ear. He then got all of his stuff and headed on the bus.

"Angie my bus is here!" I heard Izzy's voice boom.  "Ok see you later. Call me if you get hungry or something," I shout.

I decided to go to the beach for a little and take an early morning walk.

Since it was only 7:00 there was only a couple of people at the beach. I sat down near the water and felt my toes curl in the sand.

I then felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

"Morning beautiful," Jack said as he sat down next to me.

"Morning," I smile. "We are going on a trip later today when Izzy gets back from cheer," he announced looking at the waves.

"To where" I snicker. "Well in your latest YouTube video you said that you got in to Stanford," he stated.

I sighed."Jack I was going to tell you but I was just so-"It's ok I'm not mad," he interrupted.

"I bought a 3 bedroom apartment which is across to a 5 a bedroom apartment and next to 4 bedroom apartment in L.A. The other two apartment are for the guys and the first on is for me you and Izzy," he explained.

"OH MY GOD JACK!" I exclaimed as I hugged him. "Thank you so much. I love you," I say.

"So we leave tonight and maybe today you can work on selling the house?" He asked.

"Woah. Selling my house? Um it makes sense but that house is all I have left of my mom," I say concerned.

"Right. But Angie, it's time to start thinking about yours and Izzy's future. Your mom may not be in it but she's with you," he told me.

I smiled in relief knowing that it's ok to move on. "Well, I guess we have to start looking at some good agents and see if they can get started," Jack said getting up.

I'm going to miss the Miami beaches. The cool Atlantic Ocean breeze on my skin was my first feeling of life. It was there for me when my mom died. And now I'm leaving it behind.

"Angie. Come on!" Jack arouse me from my thoughts. I got up from the sand and walked back home.

When I entered the living room I saw the guys playing football in the back yard.

"My moms friend's sister is a real estate agent. Why don't I give her a call and see what she can do," I told Jack.

"Sounds good sweetie!" He shouts as he ran to the Backdoor to join the guys.

I went up to my moms old room and looked through her drawers.

I found her contact book, which had all her friends numbers on it. I flipped through it to find Lisa Goodchild.

I took out my phone and dialed the number.
"Goodchild real estate Lisa speaking," I heard her squeal through the phone.

"Hi Lisa. My name is Angie Bennet and your sister was best friends with my mother, Jan Bennet?" I asked hoping that she will recognize my moms name.

"Oh right Jan! How is she? I haven't seen her since I was little and Mary and her use to run around outside!" She exclaimed.

"Well...uh..she died 7 years ago," I stuttered.
"Oh honey. I'm sorry. Well what can I do for you?" She questioned.

"Well I am moving to California pretty soon and I want to sell my house," I answer.

"Well what you can do is you can come by my office and I will have you sign a couple of papers. Those are the legal documents of that house. Once you signed those, me and the bank have full ownership of that house and it's no longer on your back," she explained.

"And once that house is sold-" You get 90 percent of the money that is spent while I get 10 percent," she interrupted.

"Thanks so much Lisa. I will stop by your office to sign those papers in an hour," I said then hanged up.

I went to the bathroom to take a shower and brush my teeth. When I got out I got dressed in leggings and a pink tee shirt since it was kinda breezy.

I put on some flip flops and put my hair in a bun. I went downstairs to tell the guys the news.

I opened the back door to find the guys laying in the grass next to the pool.

"A real estate agent helped me and now I can sell the house," I announced.

"Cool!" Nash said.  "Ok I will be right back," I rushed back inside and out the front door.

Since her office was not to far, I decided to take my bike. As I was riding I just realized that I was letting go of a lot.

First Joey is leaving for the rest of summer, then I'm leaving Miami, and now my house is going to be just memories.

I think that I'm moving to fast but I know that it's all going to work out for me, Jack, and Izzy.
