"Chesire, please wake up! Mommy made your lunch and breakfast!" I prop myself up on my elbow and place a hand on my forehead, I did not want to go to school today, escpially since we had to move into a new town and a new neighborhood. I hop out of bed, change into a pair of skinny jeans, boots, and a deadpool t-shirt and race down the stairs while grabbing my bag that sits in the kitchen doorway.
"Here's your lunch." My mom says as she hands me my lunchbox. I give her a kiss on the cheek and she frowns, "Don't forget your jacket today Missy."
"I know!" I laugh. I put a black beanie on and my black heavy jacket while making brushing my blonde hair to the best it was going to get.
"The bus stop is at the end of the street, your brother is taking you!"
"Ugh! Mom does Damian really have to take me?" I sigh, he is already standing at the front door with a piece of toast in his mouth. He winks at me while flicking me off.
"Yes sweetie, if you don't I'll take your phone away."
"Whatever." I growl as I stomp to the front door. I push my older brother out of the way and open the front door, a gust of cold wind hits my face and Damian pushes me onto the front porch; I slip on some ice and land on my butt. Our neighbor who was standing outside laughed at me, he was wearing a green at and an orange coat. Damian steps over me and sticks his tongue out, I roll my eyes while slowly standing back up and rubbing my butt.
"Ow. . ."
I follow him down the porch and the sidewalk until we make it to the bus stop. Four boys stand a few feet away from my brother and I, they laugh and argue with each other. Damian pats me on my head and says, "Later little sis, I'm noting going to school today."
"You'll get in trouble!" I gasp, "Escpially since today's our first day at school!"
"Not my problem." He turns on his heel and starts to walk down the street. "It's mom's problem."
I clench my fist while watching him walk off. He can't make me go to a new school by myself! He just can't! What type of brother does that!? I though siblings were suppose to stay close together when things got hard. . . I guess not.
"Hey girlie!" A snowball hits the back of my leg and I turn around to see a boy wearing a blue and yellow beanie and blue coat, he was holding another snowball and had a sly smile on his face. "I haven't seen you around! You must be new."
He throws the snowball and it hits me square in the jaw, I bring my hand up and clutch it while glaring at him. "What the hell was that for?" I ask.
"Think of it as a welcoming gift to South Park." He says as he puts his hands in the pockets of his jacket.
