Mates or Mate

Chapter 2

Flashback:

"Ok," the guy that led us here started, "my name is Andrew my twin, Aiden, and I are the alphas of the Dark Knight Pack. Over there," He pointed to where the other two guys were standing, "are Ithan and Isaiah, the betas. " So that's their names.....hmm, interesting.”

End Flashback

The alphas took me to my room and the betas took Jazzy to her room. I bet you’re wondering why I said this was going to be interesting, well its simple. My old alpha said something about having a feud with this pack and his. He used to always mention their names and talk about taking over the strongest pack in the world. Hmmm, I think that we would have to move, or on second thought…. We stopped in front of a door, that I guess was the entrance. I guessed right but it was more than I could ever imagine. It was way better that my old room.  My new room was beautiful, it was a light grey color and it was nice and big. The bed had a grey and white comforter and pillows. On one side of the room there is a walk in closet and if you go to the other side of the room there is my own en suite. The walk in closet was huge, I was in awe at all the closet space and places in it. It even had a place to put jewelry and shoes. The en suite was just as big, it had beige marble tiles covering the floor and the same type of tiles in my magnificent shower. There was a giant jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room. I just spun in a circle in awe, taking everything in.

After about ten minutes of admiring the room, I walked back out to see the twins are still out there with amused looks on their faces. I went over to them with tears in  my eyes and jumped into their arms. They caught me and I hugged the life out of them. I whispered, “Thank you, thank you. thank you," in their ears. They just whispered, “You’re welcome,” in my ears and rubbed their hands up and down my back. I hugged them, I felt tingles shoot up my arm and looked up them, then just shook my head. I then I decided to tell them about the plan to takr over their pack, so I set them on my bed and proceeded to tell them the plan of them trying to take over this pack and how it will get interesting now that they had found me.They just looked at each other, I think that they were having a conversation through their mind-link. They both looked at me at the same time and said, “Thank you.” then they just walked away out the room, my wolf told me they were going to go over techniques to fight my old pack. I watched them go and then walked downstairs only to see that Jazzy was coming out her room at the same time.  She saw me then ran over to where I was standing.She hugged me, before speaking,” I found my second chances.” I looked at her and nodded and surprised is not in my vocabulary today, Oh crap she just asked me something what did had she just asked? I just nodded my head agreeing to whatever she was talking about. She started jumping up and down.

“What’s his name? Is he one of the alphas? Maybe, we could go on a double date one day. This is so exciting. I want to meet him.” She said all in one breath. I was confused to say the least then her words caught up to me.

"What did you just ask?"

"I asked if you have met your second chance yet?"

“I don’t know for sure if they really my mates or not, I’ll check again later to make sure but I’m pretty sure I found my second chances too.” She stopped jumping and looked at me with a little confusion.

“You just said they didn’t you?”

“Yes?” I answered more like a question. She just started jumping up and down this time with the addition of squealing. I was even more confused. “Why are you so happy?” I asked her. She just continued jumping while I looked at her like she was a crazy person.  

“I’m happy because we both found our second chances, our time to start over, and we both have two mates.” I just smiled at her then went over and hugged her for dear life.

“Yes, I know this is our start over time. So who are your mates?” She backed away from me and turned around to try and hide her blush.

“They’re the betas.” I think I’m feeling something, is it shock. Nope I knew it was them because of the way they were looking at each other and my vision told me so. Did I mention that earlier, no. Well I have powers that no one else knows about except for my best friend Jazzy. Well my powers include the elements, looking into the future, and telepathy, such as moving things with my mind to mind reading. I don’t understand why I can do all this but I think its pretty cool. Jazzy also has powers that she can use such as fire and looking into your past. This is the reason I said there was going to be some problems if they find us, because of the mate thing if they find us and mate us they get some of our power and so will our children. It’s a good thing that they don’t know what we are because they are power hungry asses.

Jazzy and I started walking into my room and hang out. We turned on the huge sixty inch television in my room watching whatever is on, because we weren’t allowed to watch it we didn’t have any favorite shows. We watched the screen and talked for hours until we went to sleep at one o’clock in the morning.
