Chapter Twenty-Two {FINAL}

Three Years Later:

"It's been so long. I feel like I should reintroduce myself." Brooke laughed. She looked at the camera. "All right, here it goes... My name is Brooke Freeman. I'm a former Divas Champion, but right now I'm down in NXT managing this great tag team called the Hype Bros. We don't get hyped, we stay hyped!" She laughed again. "So, not much has changed since the last time I was on the show in...2013? Wow, that was a long time ago. Let's see... I got a haircut. I'm still dating Zack. And I haven't seen Jace in almost 3 years. Honestly, I think he might be prison, but as long as he's nowhere near me, I don't care."

It was WrestleMania weekend. Brooke wouldn't be appearing on the PPV, but she did have a match at NXT Takeover: Dallas against Alexa Bliss. Zack would be in the Intercontinental Championship ladder match, though, so she would be watching and supporting him from backstage.

Currently, she was at Axxess with Zack and Mojo Rawley, as they had a table together.

There was a little boy in front of them, and they were signing a picture for him.

Suddenly, there was a large crash. Brooke's head turned toward the sound, and she saw a guy standing in front of an empty table, something broken in front of him. A few seconds later, Santino Marella appeared, they began talking, and soon, it was revealed that they were on the show Swerved. Brooke rolled her eyes, looking back at the guys.

"Neither of you ever pull a prank like that on me," She told them, frowning. Someone else approached their table, so she smiled again.

They both looked at each other and smirked. As the guy walked away, Zack said, "Okay, sure, Brooke."

"I mean it!" She exclaimed, but they just laughed at her. She crossed her arms and frowned. "You guys suck."

"The following match is scheduled for one fall! First, being accompanied to the ring by Blake and Murphy, from Columbus, Ohio: Alexa Bliss!"

Alexa, Blake, and Murphy walked out, with Alexa leading them to the ring. Once they were in the ring, Alexa began talking to them, and new music began playing.

"And her opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley, from Detroit, Michigan: Brooklyn!"

"Hello Brooklyn, hey LA! Take the streets all night 'cause we sleep all day. When the world comes crashing down, who's ready to party?"

Hello Brooklyn by All Time Low played as Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley came out. They began chanting Brooklyn's name, and she came out shortly after.

Once she joined NXT, she suggested a song change, and everyone agreed that the All Time Low song fit both her character and her team more than the old one.

"We don't get hyped, we stay hyped!" She yelled, Zack and Mojo quickly joining in.

Alexa rolled her eyes as they walked to the ring. Once Brooklyn finished her entrance, the guys got out of the ring, leaving the girls to their match.

The bell rang, and they quickly locked up.

The match went on for a good ten minutes, with Alexa having the upper hand for most of it.

When she went to punch Brooklyn, she blocked the punch, instead punching Alexa. She staggered back, and Brooklyn leaned on the ropes, catching her breath. She could hear Zack and Mojo on the other side of the ring, yelling at the crowd, and getting them, well, hyped up.
