The Life of a Leo and a Sagittarius

Beep Beep

I reached out my hand to stop the alarm it was currently 5:30, I got up from bed and headed straight to the bathroom, I wash my face, and took a warm shower. I was done using the bathroom by 5:50, walked to my closet and got some clothes to wear, I wore jeans with a black top, wasn't in the mood to look through the billions of clothes I have early in the morning.

I was a little nervous, first day as a freshmen I should be excited but I really just wanted to sleep and keep dreaming my cool dream. I walk down the stairs to the kitchen to find my mom making breakfast.

"Good morning mom", I say greeting her with a kiss on the cheek.

"Morning darling, did you sleep well?" she asked.

I find my breakfast prepared, "I slept well", I say while smiling.

"Ready for High school?", she asked while she starts eating.

I think about my answer, "Hm", I say.

"I guess its the feeling between scared and happy?"

"You'll be fine, and you have Leo by your side."

I smile, happy to have Leo as my best friend.

We left the house by 6:30, and got to school by 6:55, I was excited to see Leo.

By coincidence I found her at the parking lot, she ran to me with the biggest smile on her face, "I feel like I haven't seen you in so long!", she says happily.

"I saw you two days ago silly", I say.

"Two days feel so long though"

"Not that long"

We walk into the school building, trying to figure out our first class, sadly we had different class, she had English first, while I had History.

"This is sad", I say while fake crying.

She pats my back, "We have the same class in third period, only two hours". Third period was Algebra I. The bell rang, and we waved goodbyes and walked to our classes, thankfully I had a friend in my class, Pisces.

Pisces and I were friends since third grade, but she isn't that close to me as Leo, apparently she does not like Leo very much. 

"Hey Sagittarius", she says quietly.

"Hi Pisces, how are you doing?", I say.

"Very well as you can see", she gives me a smile.

I sit next to her, and discuss about our youth till the teacher walked in.

"Hello students, I am your teacher, Ms Cole", the first day wasn't much, just teachers and students introducing each other. First and Second period went by quicker than I thought. I was heading to Algebra when suddenly I bump into someone, "Sorry", I say while I look up to see the person I just see Capricorn, "Its fine", he says and keep walking to his destination, I watch him walk away, till I see Leo running to me, "Are you Ok", she ask while waving her hand over in front of my face. I look at her and reply, "y-yea". We walked into class, while she keeps telling me what happened in English.

"It was crazy!", she says a little loud.

We sat a in the middle row, the math teacher entered class and directly started explaining the lesson. At some point I almost fell asleep and felt the class was longer than History class.

"Well to see your skills here are some few question that you must answer, I'll collect them at the end of class", he says politely.

I start working alone, since Leo was too "serious" in solving the problems, and I always get annoyed when she's in her serious moods, which mean if I would like to answer her question or need help she would refuse immediately.

Frustrated as I seem, I work alone.

The day ended later on, first day of school wasn't that bad, it was pretty good  but then its just the beginning of the school year, stress will be arriving sooner or later but for now lets just be happy about ending the day properly. 

And lets hope tomorrow wouldn't be worse as it was today.
