She clutched her handbag nervously and smiled. After so many days, she was going to meet him again. She had missed him so much that the mere idea of seeing him was making her heart race- she was happy; nervous; anxious.

Skimming through her phonebook, she dialed his number full of anticipation. "Hey, where are you? Should I leave?"

"Yes ofcourse, I will be there in 20 min."

20 minutes?! She panicked. How am I supposed to reach the said meeting place in 20 minutes?

"I will be there asap! Do you want me to meet you at the given place or our regular place?"

"Can you come? Regular?"

"Of course, see you there!"

A broad smile appeared on her face as she told her sister to lock the door. All her so-called friends had planned to meet at a Cafe-bar. Though she wasn't much into these things, she was eager to meet him. Excitement burned through her, she didn't know what she would say after meeting him. Imagining different scenarios and finally deciding on just giving him a hug, she boarded the metro.

He had told her the previous night that he would love it if she was there with him. She had replied as enthusiastically that she would love it too. He would be there to meet her alone and then after everything is done, he will drop her off too. She had to leave early, because of her curfew, but it was alright since he had told her that he would come with her. Maybe we can eat something together... she wondered... Right! I will buy a Big Joe for both of us. She giggled to herself.

Heart beating like crazy, she reached the station where they were supposed to meet. She could see him waiting for her even before stepping out of the metro.

Tiptoeing as slowly as possible, she neared him, wanting to give a surprise. However, she assumed no one ever wanted to let her do it her way because just as she was about to hug him, he turned. She could only smile but still she went ahead and tried to give him a hug.

"What happened?" and "What are you doing?" These were the first words she heard from him. He didn't hug her back, he thought something was wrong but all she wanted was to surprise him and make him happy.

"Ermm... Nothing?" She laughed it off. What were expecting, she asked herself and smiled at her boyfriend, he has always been like that. She felt awkward at first but looking back at his smiling eyes, she couldn't help but grin. Geez.

They held hands and waited for the others to arrive.

Everyone gathered and exchanged their hi's and hellos. Whoops, she was invisible. This was the group she called her so-called friends. No one gave a fuck about her. She was practically invisible but she didn't care. She was here anyway because of her boyfriend. She didn't care what others thought, she just needed him. Ofcourse it hurt her a little, knowing that her presence didn't mean anything but she was ready to shake it off- or so she thought.

Taking their respective seats in the Cafe, she sat besides him and her hell time started.

Everyone was talking. Everyone was chatting. Everyone was laughing. At first she tried to mix in but in the end she gave up. Like everytime. No one cared. She was sitting silently in the corner and except for her boyfriend's timely 'What happened?'s , no one gave a fuck about starting a conversation with her.
